RAW General Manager Mick Foley announced tonight that Kevin Owens will defend the WWE Universal Championship against United States Champion Roman Reigns in a rematch from Roadblock.

Chris Jericho will be suspended above the ring in a Shark Cage to prevent his interference in the match.
