We have a new lineup for the next EVOLVE event, including a first-time-ever
type of match. Let's get to it....
November 7th: You can still order tickets for
EVOLVE this Saturday in Queens, NY and this Sunday in Joppa, MD in the DGUSA.tv Store. Go to the DGUSA.tv Events section for
building and show info. If you can't be there in person, watch the live stream
of both EVOLVE 72 and EVOLVE 73 at FloSlam.tv.
November 7th: NXT wrestler Tommy End will
make history when he becomes the first WWE contracted talent to wrestle in an
EVOLVE ring. End will be in special dark matches for the live crowds only in
Queens and Joppa. These matches will go on before the live streams begin. The
matches are:
EVOLVE 72 - November 12th - Queens, NY
Tommy End vs. Tony Nese
EVOLVE 73 - November 13th - Joppa, MD
Tommy End vs. Tracy Williams
November 7th: EVOLVE Champion Timothy Thatcher vs. Drew Gulak will happen one
last time in an EVOLVE ring this Saturday in Queens, NY, but there is a major
twist after their violent non-title Fight To A Finish at the last EVOLVE event.
The fight at EVOLVE 71 saw Gulak and Thatcher fight onto the streets of Ybor
City, FL and into every corner of The Orpheum. They even tried to throw each
other off the balcony! Gulak earned the victory by trapping Thatcher in an evil
looking Dragon Sleeper in the ropes. The victory propeled Gulak to be the #1
contender. A disgusted Thatcher then signed for a rematch before his new manager
Stokely Hathaway could interject. However, Gulak manipulated the contract. This
leads us to....
November 7th: The EVOLVE Title Match pitting Timothy Thatcher vs. Drew
Gulak this Saturday at EVOLVE 72 will be the first ever Squared Circle Of
Survival. This is a match created by Gulak, who states "it takes the Catch Point
philosophy and strips it down to its most brutal core."
November 7th: The winner of this Saturday's EVOLVE Championship Match will
immediately defend the title vs. Tony Nese this Sunday at EVOLVE 73 in Joppa,
MD. The loser of this Saturday's match will wrestle Zack Sabre Jr. this
Sunday.
November 7th: This creates a very interesting scenario since both Gulak and
Nese are regulars on WWE Raw. Will we see the EVOLVE Champion on Raw in one
week?
November 7th: EVOLVE Tag Team Champion Drew Galloway will still be at the
EVOLVE events this weekend despite remaining on the sidelines with an
injury.
November 7th: It will now be Matt Riddle vs. EVOLVE Tag Team Champion
DUSTIN with Drew Galloway at EVOLVE 72 in Queens, NY.
November 7th: Fred Yehi vs. Jason Kincaid has been added to EVOLVE 72.
November 7th: Darby Allin vs. Chris Dickinson is also set for EVOLVE in
Queens this Saturday.
November 7th: EVOLVE officials are currently discussing what to do about
the EVOLVE Tag Team Titles due to the Galloway injury. We'll have more on this
tomorrow and what changes it will bring for the EVOLVE card this Sunday in
Joppa, MD.
November 7th: ATTN WRESTLERS- We are very proud of our WWN
Seminar/Tryout series. We are very excited to offer a unique Seminar on December
9th in Queens, NY. Japanese legend Dick Togo will host the WWN seminar on
December 9th! We'll have more info later this week. There are still spots open
in the Seminar/Tryout this Sunday in Joppa, MD with special guest WWE Director
Of Scouting & Talent Development William Regal. This is Mr. Regal's last
scheduled Seminar/Tryout. Don't miss this golden opportunity to perform in front
