The 16 team tournament starts next Wednesday on the WWE Network and the first 4 teams competing were announced by NXT General Manager William Regal

NXT Tag Team Champions The Revival
Andrade "Cien" Almas & Cedric Alexander
The tournament finals will take place on November 19th at NXT Takeover: Toronto on the WWE Network
