We continued on with our Saturday fun to the ALWAYS fantastic Northeast Wrestling show at the home of the Rockland Boulders. The rains came right at the 330pm gate opening time and it wasn't long before they announced the card for the evening was postponed due to the weather.

The meet and greet went on as scheduled and in spite of the multiple drop offs and no shows that this card endured, everyone I spoke with had a blast.

 Nature Boy was his usual awesome self, Inscribing whatever was asked and chatting up everyone.

Mick Foley was also fantastic and shared several great stories.
Velvet Sky and Mandy Leon were sweethearts as always.
Sami Callihan the former Solomon Crowe in NXT was super to speak with and shared that he had started his own promotion and had their debut event DVD for sale which we picked up before he picked up TJ for our selfie.

The Hardys were both in the house and while their line took forever to get through they were both very amiable and willingly signed what was requested.

I would be remiss if I failed to mention the regular workers of NEW. Going to these shows is awesome family entertainment and an awesome family environment. From the staff to the workers everyone stops, acknowledges, and makes time and has kind words for both of us. Some fantastic workers these guys are in ring too and it adds so much to an Indy show, that others can't compare.

TKO, Inksanity, Matt Taven, Brian Anthony, Sexy Beast, Adrenaline Rush, Thrill Ride, Shurman, Wrecking Ball, Flip and even the great Heels Bengal and Dan de man!  I can't emphasize enough, if they come close to you, check them out!

The rescheduled card was tentatively set for Thursday August 25th making it an enormous final weekend of that month with the previously scheduled Friday and Saturday Wrestling Under the Stars events in Mass and NY and the return to the NEW arena on Sunday. Mr and Mrs Cody Rhodes, Miracle and Maria, Kurt Angle, Thunder Liger, Brooklyn Brawler, Hornswoggle and many more will be in that weekend as well as the Hardys and all the NEW stars! Worth every penny everytime!
