Good Morning, I attended "Big Time Wrestling's" event in Danbury Connecticut yesterday, I wanted to pass along some thoughts and share a few photos. ~ Thanks David

"Big Time Wrestling" was running two shows in the Northeast this weekend featuring the soon to be Hall Of Famer, The Icon Sting! This was the first time I attended any of the promotions events. Obviously Sting was the selling point for me.

I made the hour and a half drive to the venue. Doors were scheduled to open around 5:30pm. Around 5:45pm I was inside the building and waiting in line to meet Sting, I would say 95 percent of the line that was outside and wrapped around the building to get in were now in line to meet Sting.

They kept Sting behind a black curtain and would send three to five people in at a time. It made it a little bit better that way you didn't have to many people "breathing" down your neck.

Sting was signing autographs pretty quick and taking photos, I had told him what a pleasure it was to meet him again and thanked him for a great career. He thanked me in return while we posed for the picture. I also mentioned that I looked forward to his HOF speech in a few weeks and congratulated him on going into the HOF.

Sting thanked me once again and autographed my two items, I asked him if he wouldn't mind inscribing "HOF" on my Defining Moments figure which he did, personally I think the figure came out perfect! Sting was down to earth and very humble, always a pleasure to meet.

Quickly after I meet Sting I went over to meet Lex Luger, his line now had nobody in it and I sat right down next to him, I've never meet Lex before and felt really bad seeing him in the condition that he is. I told Lex that one of my all time favorite childhood memories of him was when he body slammed the late Yokozuna. He personally thanked me for remembering that and bringing that to his attention. I mentioned to him how great it would be to see him in the HOF one day. He said never say never and anything could happen. Seeing Lex in the shape he is in now was very upsetting but he was in great spirits and extremely nice. In all I had good a time. ~ Thanks David
