RAW opened with an Intercontinental Title Match as Dolph Ziggler defended against Bad News Barrett.

Ziggler pinned Barrett, after which Barrett attacked Ziggler in a post match beatdown. Then Kane came out and said the match was 2 out of 3 falls.

Barrett won the next 2 falls to become the new Intercontinental Champion.
