" Tonight Live at 8/7 CT on USA Network, Jim Ross returns to the RAW announce booth while Jerry Lawler continues his recuperation".

The story was further picked up by WWE.com and added it will be a three-Man Booth tonight :

For tonight’s broadcast, Ross will be part of a three-man booth, teaming with Raw commentator Michael Cole and former WWE Champion John “Bradshaw” Layfield.
