The upcoming "Extreme Reunion" event this April 28th 2012 7pm at the Pennsylvania National Guard Armory in Philadelphia, PA 19154.
This past weekend was one of those monumental weekends in wrestling as we've witnessed what seems to be the final show at the ECW Arena. We would like to say Thank You to DJ Hyde and CZW wrestling for playing the video of Shane Douglas announcing Extreme Reunion, that has now set the wrestling world on fire (that video in 36 hours has 6,500 views on Youtube --that is crazy!!!). If you haven't checked out Combat Zone Wrestling you are really missing out on some great action as they have changed tremendously over the years and offer great wrestling action.
As soon as that video aired Mike Johnson from Pwinsider blasted the news of Extreme Reunion and it went viral in minutes. In fact, Shane Douglas was booked at Crossfire Wrestling in Nashville, TN at the Fairgrounds and was confronted by fans upon arriving to the event already asking questions about Extreme Reunion! During the autograph signings the wrestlers were rumbling with talks of Douglas and Extreme Reunion --including some former ECW alumni and notably one Mick Foley who was seen talking to Shane about the Reunion.
