Pro wrestler Matt Hardy got a break in court Monday morning.
Despite prosecution objections, District Court Judge Robert Wilkins reduced Hardy’s bond from $1 million to $100,000 on condition he be released only to treatment for substance abuse. He has been released after posting the bond.

Wilkins set as a condition of his bond reduction that Hardy continue in, and complete, his treatment. Otherwise, his bond will go back up, though only to $250,000 — a quarter of the original amount set by the magistrate last week after Hardy was kicked out of rehabilitation following a failed Breathalyzer test.
