Police arrested the 36-year-old former professional wrestler outside RDU International Airport Monday afternoon and charged him with driving under the influence.

It was his second arrest in less than a month for similar incidents. On Aug. 23, the State Highway Patrol charged Hardy with driving while impaired after his vehicle ran off the road and struck a tree near Vass.

Monday, officers stopped Hardy at 1:52 p.m. after a caller reported that his vehicle was "all over the road" and almost struck two other vehicles three times, according to the police report.
