NWO member Dennis "Rodzilla" Rodman review from K&M All Star Sports
Today K & M All Star Sports were celebrating 20 years of sports card and memorabilia business. To celebrate 20 years, they will have former N.W.O. member “Rodzilla”, The Real Hot Rod” Dennis Rodman at there store. The signing was set to start around 2:30pm, but fans started to arrive at the Crystal Mall when the mall opened at 10am.
K&M All Star Sports wanted to give the morning a party like feel. Members of the 501st Connecticut Garrison (Star Wars fan group) did a meet and greet from 10am till around 12:30 to raise money for a local charity. K&M All Star Sports had poster and balloons around the to add to the celebration theme. Many of the white balloons featured the N.W.O logo.
The line started to form at 1pm in the special meet and greet area. Different wrestling and basketball related items where on sale in the meet and greet area. To entertain the fans, two young magicians came in doing different tricks with cards and rope. There were many wrestling fans waiting talking about the different storylines Rodzilla was apart of. One fan had an N.W.O themed steel chair to be signed. Another fan wanted to get a photo-op with Rodman holding her N.W.O. teddy bear.
Just after 2:30 Dennis Rodman arrived. Rodman was wearing a very colorful jacket and trademark cigar in hand. Dennis Rodman started his signing. He seemed to take just a little more time when it came to the wrestling related items. He enjoyed his time with the N.W.O. I got a N.W.O Rodzilla photo signed, Rodman looked at the photo. “N.W.O. that was some fun $%!#. Good $%!# man.”
K&M All Star Sports had their cameraperson there to take photos. She had a nice black backdrop and a spotlight set up to ensure the correct light
K&M wanted to be sure that the V.I.P. got what they asked for and if people did not think the photos came out the owner had them take it again. I got a nice photo with the N.W.O. member and newly NBA Hall of Famer.
The signing went by well. K&M All Star Sports seem to have the good game plan when it comes to meet and greets.
