…
Beautiful Sunday in Norman, Oklahoma and we even scored a little much needed rain over the past day or two. Lots to grill, so to speak, so let's get this started...
Couple of housekeeping notes....We've closed our on line store temporarily to make some much needed and overdue internal changes to the site and it's functionality. The store will hopefully not be closed for any extended length of time as we hope to have it re-opened later this month but the exact reopening date is still TBD. We've grown some rapidly that we are long overdue to make some much needed improvements so that we can better serve our ever growing customer base.
All orders confirmed prior to us taking the hiatus Saturday evening will be shipped ASAP, specifically when we receive our shipment of Chipotle Ketchup which should be in the next week.
Hopefully everyone understands that we produce 'premium' products that include some unique ingredients, which are at times not readily available, and that the preparation of our products takes time unlike some cheap-o brands of sauce, etc.
It's a nice problem to have in that the demand for our goods has exceeded the supply.
Also, we are a family run operation. Excluding our webmaster, there is a grand total of three of us working on our venture. Consequently we are able to give personalized service but don't intend to hire outsiders who don't care about taking care of our customers as much as we do. We pride ourselves on customer service and by selling the best tasting, highest quality products available any where.
So, we will be back open soon and will hopefully be able to serve you even better than before. In the meanwhile, you can still order our products from WWEShop @ http://www.wweshop.com and we have a link directly to their site and our area there on the homepage of this website.
Secondly, I will be undergoing abdominal surgery this week. I am bothered by a traumatic incisional hernia that needs to be addressed. My surgeon is the same one who performed colon surgery, and no, not the beloved Dr. Heiney, a few years ago on me. He's a great doctor who actually was a former Oklahoma Sooner footballer back in his college days. This issue evolved just over the past 3-4 months and I'm told that getting it repaired now would be timely and prevent other related health issues going forward.
