In case you missed it, while most of the wrestling world was in Atlanta, WSU had a huge weekend in NJ. WSU held "Tournament Saturday" on 4/2. The show was important for many careers in WSU, most notably for Brittney Savage, who defeated 4 people to win the WSU J-Cup Tournament to earn the right to challenge WSU World Champion Mercedes Martinez on 6/25, live on IPPV. Mercedes Martinez, the WSU World Champion for over 25 months, added another accolade to her career, winning the WSU King & Queen Tournament with Julio Dinero. Also of note, Jamilia Craft had a clean pinfall victory over WSU Spirit Champion Sassy Stephanie in a mixed tag team match, after already pushing Stephanie to a draw.

We will be releasing these DVDs in two weeks and will have a press release about these DVDs in the upcoming days.

On 4/3, WSU teamed up with NYWC & ACE to present Indymania. WSU had two matches on the card, one of them being Sassy Stephanie defeatingJana to retain the WSU Spirit Championship.
In the WSU main event, Mercedes Martinez & Alicia defeated Brittney Savage & Jessicka Havok in a match billed as two dream teams going at it. For the first time ever, we are giving away the ending of this match and what happened afterwards in video. Stay tuned to the video clips below.
