TRIPLE H SAM’S CLUB SIGNING FAN REPORT

In all seriousness I would like to say that aside from how cordial and friendly Triple H was to his fans, my friend and I, this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had, and I have been going to signings for several years majority of the time traveling several hours to get to them. We arrived from south Boston at 4:30 a.m. and the store did not open until 10, when we finally got in line and there were 25 people in front of us. Then things began going down hill. Sam's Club nor the WWE mentioned anything about needing a Sam's Club membership or a day pass. Around 8-8:30 a supervisor from Sam's came out and told people they needed one of the two to purchase the dvd. My friend and I are not members of Sam' s, so we had to pay $40 plus $11.88 for the dvd then could get a wristband. What made that ridiculous was that at anytime after you purchased the the membership you could cancel it for a full refund. ( So why have to buy it in the first place??) The way this was suppose to work is there was a line outside the store for Triple H to the right of the main entrance for the everyday shoppers. Sam's was allowing 5 people in at a time through a side door, then marking their hands with and "X",then you went to purchase the dvd at a specific register specifically for this event. No problem right? Somehow the idiotic and rude event staff didn't seem to realize that people were instead going in the main entrance thus by passing the line, getting the dvd and a wristband. Now how did all these people get dvd's without having an "X" on their hands? Needless to say by the time my friend and I got in the actual line to meet Triple H it was about 10:50, not a problem except that remember how there were only 25 people in front of us? Now there were 178! Sam's Club, nor any other event staff with the exclusion of WWE found a problem with this. The line did however move quickly with enough time to greet The Cerebral Assassin and take a photo. He was very good to his fans especially the younger ones, and even personalized an 8X10 of himself and I that I had taken 2 weeks ago at the Norwalk signing. I just cannot believe how rude, unprofesional, and unprepared Sam's Club was. Immediately after meeting The Game my friend and I canceled our membership and got a full refund, and surprise surprise, the woman at the register was rude to!. She informed me that "Everybody should know you need a membership to shop there." Again what was the point of having to purchase one in the first place when you can just return it the same day. All it did was waste everyone's time and piss allot of people off. I apologize for writing such a long review, hopefully this expressed the views of some of the other people that were pissed that they waited in line, had a good spot then got inside and saw people that were originally well behind them, now ahead of them. Supposedly Triple H stayed longer than scheduled to make up for Sam's Clubs idiotic handling of this event, however I can not confirm that. Hopefully Triple H pedigreed the entire Sam's Club staff afterwards. Thanks for reading, hope you enjoyed.
