I went to the Gorgeous George signing at Hell Fire Comics in the Chicago Ridge Mall and I am happy to report it was a great event. There already was a line about an hour before the start time. I went for a Coke and returned about 10 minutes to start and the line was about 30 deep.PL Myers came over to greet me and a few others. We talked about the next PCW event and signings in general. PL is a great guy.
When it was my turn to meet Georgie, she called out to me and greeted me with a hug, remembering me from past appearances. We briefly talked about her previous appearances and when she might be back to Chicago.
It was a great time, because nobody was rushed. PL and the entire crew made everyone feel important. I really am impressed with the way they do things.
