Howard came back and said that was Bubba's theme song. He said every time he hears that song he thinks about Bubba's show.

Howard said that Jesse Ventura was there and he's got a new show called ''Conspiracy Theory'' on Tru TV. Howard asked Jesse if he's still living down in Mexico. Jesse said he is but he's been out doing this stuff for a while. He said he's going home next week.

Jesse said that Tru TV used to be Court TV and now they've got the new name. Howard said that he's hosting the show that's on tonight at 10pm on Tru TV. Howard asked how the show works. Jesse told him how they get these conspiracy theories and they look into them more and leave it up to the audience to believe what they want about it.

Howard asked Jesse if he still thinks that the World Trade Center attacks were orchestrated by the government. Jesse said they can't prove anything now that the evidence is gone. He said that if they didn't' have anything to do with it, they at least knew that it was going to happen and they did nothing about it.

Robin said that they said the same things about the attacks on Pearl Harbor. Jesse said that worked and it would work again if they let the World Trade Center attacks happen.

Howard said that if they had a draft again then the war would be over in Iraq. He said that's what ended the Viet Nam war. Howard said he didn't have to go to that but Jesse did. Jesse said he was drafted. He said his number came up and he went in. Howard said he was too young to go in at the time. Howard and Jesse talked about that and how Jesse became a Navy Seal. He said his mom was a war vet so he couldn't not go in. He said his brother and father were also in the military.

Jesse said he was on Larry King the other night with Ben Stein and they were talking about the war in Iraq and the couple that made it into the White House. Jesse said we have to watch our own back yard before we occupy another country. He said that they haven't fired anyone over 9/11 and no one will get fired for letting that couple into the White House. Jesse said that no one was even demoted in the 9/11 thing. He said that they do that so there's no investigation. He said that's all part of the cover up.

Jesse said that if that happened while he was president, he would fire someone. It was a catastrophic failure and someone should have been fired.

Howard brought up Tiger Woods and asked Jesse what he thinks about that. Howard said he should just come clean. Jesse said that it's no one's business and someone needs to draw a line in the sand and tell the public that they don't have to know every detail of this guy's life. Jesse said that it's his business but there are journalists out there who think it's their business. Jesse said that the media will eat their young and someone once warned him about that. Jesse said that Tiger should be fighting the ticket too because he was on private property when he had the accident.

Howard said that the first episode of Jesse's show is an investigation into the HAARP which is some kind of military run organization. Jesse said that the government only allows a radio station to broadcast at 50,000 watts. Up in Canada they're sending out low level radio waves from a bunch of 50,000 watt antennas up there. He said that they can knock planes out of the air with those things. He said that they're doing mind control from them. He said that's what this episode is about. Jesse said he's seen a demonstration of this.

Howard asked what he saw in the demonstration he saw of this thing. Jesse said that he heard music being played through the front of his brain and not through his ears. He said that people can be controlled with this stuff and that's what they're using the radio waves for. Jesse said that they list it as an unclassified research project but he wasn't allowed in there. He said that means it's not unclassified. He said that Darpa is paying for it and that's one of the most secretive parts of the government. He said that it could also be a death ray. Howard said they invent this stuff and they roll the dice with their lives when they come up with this stuff.

Jesse said that when they pump up this HAARP thing it makes the Northern Lights more visible and in Indonesia they say they saw the northern lights before the tsunami hit there. He said that he thinks that this whole Tsunami could have been caused by that HAARP thing.

Howard and Jesse talked about Afghanistan and what would happen if we pulled out. Jesse said that the Taliban has actually helped stop the drug trade over there in the past. He said that the drug money that stopped flowing over there could be the reason that the banks collapsed. He said that's another theory he has. He said that the government lies so much they have no credibility anymore. Howard asked when he realized it was all a lie. Jesse said it was Viet Nam. He said that was when he realized it. Then in 2004 they said that one of the attacks never happened over there and it was fabricated so they could get the war going. He said it was all bullshit and that's why he thinks that 9/11 could have been orchestrated.

Jesse and Howard talked about Sarah Palin and how bad she would have been as Vice President. Howard asked Jesse about this ID card he has that shows he was the Governor of Minnesota. Jesse said that's a get out of jail free card down in Mexico. He said they can pull you over and ask you to pay them off to get out of the charges. Jesse said you understand that down there and accept that the government is corrupt.

Jesse told Howard about how weird it was being governor of Minnesota and how he used to go home and bail hay after he went to work as governor. He said he was making $120,000 a year as governor and you have to cut that in half because of taxes. Then they charged him for meals there at the mansion. He said it was cheap but they deducted it from his pay. He had to pay for his car there too. He said going to and from his house wasn't work so he had to pay for it. He wanted to drive in on his own but they refused to let him do that. He said it was a Catch 22 and they made him take the car and then deducted it from his pay check.

Jesse said he was being governor making about 50 grand a year after taxes and the fees. He said he worked on his farm on the weekends. He said he got ridiculed for working hard. He said that he doesn't understand that.

Jesse told Howard that he has people come up to him all the time telling him that they make great radio together. Howard said they are good and if he was a woman he'd ask him out. He said he doesn't know many women like Jesse though.

Howard said they're talking about remaking The Predator which Jesse was in. Howard said the movie was great and he thinks they should leave it alone. Jesse said he views it as a compliment. He said that they remake great classics all the time. He said that he's not afraid of the kids not seeing the original. Jesse said that he can't go back because he's in his 60s now. He said he views it as an achievement compliment.

Howard asked if he saw the movie Predator Vs. Alien. Jesse didn't see it. Howard said that he thought the Predator would win over Alien. He said it wasn't conclusive in the movie. Jesse said they were looking for a sequel so that's why.

Howard was about to wrap up with Jesse but Jesse said he would stay there all day long. Howard said he'd love to talk to him too. Howard said that he read Jesse said that he knows who shot Kennedy but he's not going to say until the second season of his show. Jesse said he didn't say he knows who did it, he can just prove that there was a conspiracy. He said that he thinks that there were two Oswalds. He said that he thinks that they had two guys with the same identity and they set up the real Oswald to make him look guilty. Howard said that's wild and he can't imagine why they would do that. Jesse said he has to go seek out people to find out if it's true or not. He said that they'll never hear anything about it even if he does prove it. Not with the media the way it is.

Jesse told Howard some other conspiracy stories and said there was a trial going on during the OJ Simpson trial that was about how the government had something to do with the death of Martin Luther King. He said no one knew about it because they were all busy following the OJ Simpson thing.

Howard asked Jesse who they can trust. He asked if they can trust him. Jesse said that he's admitted everything he did wrong right up front so he's trustworthy. Howard said that he was also a Navy Seal. Jesse said that he has Hannity scared of him because of that.

Howard asked if Jesse walked off of the Brian Kilmead show. Jesse said that Brian actually walked off the show because he didn't like what he was saying. He said he also scared Hannity when he told him that he's got to sleep sometime during an interview. He said he only does those shows live and refuses to do them via satellite so he can look them in the eye.

Howard thanked Jesse for coming in and Jesse said he loves doing the show. He said his wife doesn't like the show so much because Howard turns everything sexual. Howard said that Jesse should be screaming from the mountain tops that he's still having sex 3 times a week at his age. Jesse told Howard that a man can't go to places that tempt you because that's what leads to problems. He said he doesn't go to bars or strip clubs because of that.

Howard asked Jesse if a guy should come clean and tell a wife if they cheat. Jesse said he doesn't know the answer to that. He said it depends on the wife and the way the relationship is.

Jesse told Howard that his real name isn't Jesse Ventura so technically he wasn't even governor for 4 years. He said he doesn't give out his real name even though you can find out on the internet. He said that he picked his own name for the wrestling thing. He said he was going to be a surfer guy in the wrestling thing and he liked the name Jesse. Then he looked at a map of California and saw Ventura and that's how he came up with the Jesse Ventura name.

Howard gave Jesse some more plugs and wrapped up the interview. Jesse told Howard that this show of his will scare him. He said that it scared him just doing the show. Howard said he had a bunch of phone calls for him but he might have to save it for the next time he's on. Jesse said he'll be back in the spring to promote his new book. He also said he wants to come out and visit Howard in the Hamptons sometime. Howard said he'd love to have him out there. He went to break after that."
