…..

Hi Georgie! Another Big Chad report comin' atcha!

I really have to say the George, Marc, Doug and the entire staff
really bust their butts to provide a great show for fans. And they
always deliver. This time was no different. Without a doubt this, in
my 15 year convention(not just wrestling but comics, sci-fi, and more)
may be the GREATEST convention I have ever had the opportunity to
attend. All the stars on the SuperTicket were absolutely terrific and
seemed to be enjoying themselves. It was great to see all the stars
actually wanting to be there. There wasn't a sour-puss among the
bunch.

Outlaw Ron Bass: I didn't grow up on him, and all I had was a CS, but
he was rather friendly.

Men On A Mission: A real highlight for any WWF fan from the 90s. They
were all great, Oscar looked like he was having a great time as did
Mo. I've never heard a bad thing ever said about King Mabel other than
his rather dastardly heel tactics, and I don't think I ever will. They
were all so great. I would definatly pay to meet the three of them
again!

Eugene:  I'm not a Eugene fan whatsoever, but he's a great guy and
very friendly, and have nothing bad to say about him after meeting
him.

Barry Windham: He was pretty friendly, and definatly it was an honor
to meet him. He was realy great to meet, he had a smile and a
handshake for everyone.

Debra: I don't care what people will say about her, I thought she
looked great at her age and was one of the nicest divas I've met. She
looked to be enjoying meeting the fans. She is definatly worth the
price of admission.

nWo: I heard from a few people that they were labeled "The Three
Jackasses". The only part that bothered me was they kept leaving to
smoke outside or use the bathroom and held the lineup. Otherwise, I
enjoyed meeting them. I'm a huge fan of al three.Scott remembered me
and King from March in Allentown for Hardcore Reunion, Sean remembered
me from the night before. Nash, I've been wanting to meet for years
and he was pretty friendly. I enjoyed meeting them. In my photo op I
made an X with my hands and he said "What are you UltraMan?" and had a
nice laugh.

Hacksaw: Hacksaw Duggan is a classic and a fave to a lot of people my
age. I've never been the biggest Hacksaw fan, but he definatly made me
a bigger fan. He was having a great time with all the fans and giving
us a couple of "HOOOOOOO"s which we all joined in on. He's still got
it.

Tugboat: Great guy, having a fantastic time. Never saw his smile leave
his face. He was a big highlight as I always liked the Natural
Disasters, and had been wanting to meet him for quite a while. He
didn't disapoint.

George Steele: George was on. He still had it. He signed my CS and I
asked if he could make it out to me and looked at me with an evil look
that frightened me I started laughing and got a little scared and then
he signed it gave it back to me and stared at me as I left. When it
came time for my photo he looked at me and said "I remember YOU!".
Doug Mervin said take the belt and hit Chad over the head with it I
laughed and George grabbed my hand and put it around his throat. After
the picture he said "THE PICTURE'S OVER TAKE YOUR HAND!" I said "I'm
trying!!" in a very fearful voice almost fearing for my life. Finally
he let go and smiled and gave me a big handshake and "God Bless you!".
He was a great, great, great guest and had a lot of fun meeting. I
hope I can meet him again!

Ricky Steamboat: There's really nothing I can say about Steamboat
enough. He was one of the most humble, polite, honest, nicest people
I've ever met, not just at a show, but in life. He shook everyone's
hand, smiled and honestly seemed like he wanted to be there. He's one
of the best wrestlers I've ever met. I can't say enough about him.
Andrew had said "Ya know you still got it." to which Ricky replied
"The only person questioning whether or not I still had it was me."
which just floored us. He's so humble. I told him how my mother and I
watched the HOF and she remarked what a good looking man he was and he
laughed and said "Tell your mother I said thank you. That's very kind
of her." I wish I had I could have talked all day with him, but the
moments I got to share were truly an honor.

Lance Cade couldn't make the show, but the talk going around the
convention was that he was in a car accident. I certainly hope he is
allright, but he pulled a no show last time. Not a loss for me, but I
think he's kinda soured a few people after this.

Boogeyman...eh. No loss whatsoever. I could care less what happened.
He deserves no respect or anymore chances from any promoters in my
mind.

VENDORS: I didn't meet that many Vendors. Because of a strict
budgeting. But I still have no bad stories about the few I met.

Rhaka Khan: Man, tv does her absolutely NO justice. She is quite
stunning. She seemed to be having a great time and enjoying meeting
her fans. I have a feeling most will put her as the best vendor for
the show.

Bill Apter: Not a vendor per se, but I always enjoy seeing Bill. He's
got some great stories and always having a great time. He shot Big
King meeting Dlo Brown and will be putting it on 1wrestling soon.
Can't wait to see it!

MarkedOut: Again, not official vendors, but I did win a dvd from their
raffle! That ruled! I do think MarkedOut is a great board(even though
I don't go on it much) for fans to collect information about signings
and such. The crew was nice ot meet as well.

Again, thanks to all the great vendors and fans to add to the great
time had at the show. I will gladly pay for a Superticket with not
even a single doubt in my mind. As stated before, my thanks go out to
George and his wonderful staff for working so hard to provide a great
show. If your ever in the area, don't forget to stop by George's Cards
and Collectibles! You will not be disapointed.

See ya next time!
