We've confirmed TNA has released Dutch Mantel, who is the Dr. Wayne Kowan that Don West occasionally references, and Savio Vega.

Mantel is a major release because he was working with Vince Russo on the writing team.  Mantel was a major Jeff Jarrett ally and this is clearly a sign of Jarrett having weakened influence on creative.

Vega and Mantel are close from the years Mantel worked in Puerto Rico.  Vega worked as an agent, as did Mantel, on the house shows, in addition to Mantel's writing duties.
