COMIC CON SIGNING REPORT WITH PHOTOS

Hey Georgiann-I did a live show at Comic-Con this past weekend and during downtime I went to check out the wrestlers who were signing that weekend.
First on Saturday, we bumped into RVD who was not on any schedule so he was a surprise. Always nice to everyone. I had a picture with him before and just said hi and thanked him for lending his name to Filsinger Games' Legends of Wrestling game - www.FilsingerGames.com
Saturday night we checked out Kaiju Big Battel who put on a live show as part of the Con. It was AWESOME! If fans haven't seen KBB (and you MUST have a sense of humor) check it out! Seriously, if you're a pure wrestling fan, stay away, but if you have a sense of humor, check it out. They had a booth as well. Announcer, Louden Noxious was in the booth all weekend and is a great guy. The big news from the show was that Dr. Cube announced he was the new Commissioner of KBB! Big news indeed. I cannot wait till they make it back to the West Coast again!
Then on Sunday after our show we wandered to the Autograph area. Virgil, Bushwacker Luke and The Honky Tonk Man were there. I've met Honky and Virgil before so I didn't need their signatures, but I said hi. The Honky Tonk Man was in really good spirits and offered free pictures with my wife and I when we told him we'd seen him earlier in the year in Lodi and the previous year at Kirk White's WrestleFest. Very cool of him to do, so I purchased an autographed photo for my Brother.
Then I moved onto Bushwhacker Luke who was very nice. Got a signed photo and a photo of the two of us. He's a great guy.
Ted DiBiase was not there and there was a sign that said, "He didn't show up." This is the second time that that's happened at Comic-Con. I wonder if the con is led to believe that he'd be there and then not shown up. THere was a big banner that said Ted DiBiase and Virgil. But, again, he wasn't there.
Anyway, everyone was super nice and we had a great time.
