MEMORIES OF JOHN TOLOS WERE SHARED

I received an email from Lenny Duge, who used to Produce Herb Abrams' UWF shows.
He attended John Tolos's Memorial. Lenny met John's son, Chris, and his daughter Tracy, as well as John's ex-wife Ingrid.
He got to share many stories of when he worked with John @ NBC as well as when they traveled together everywhere for Herb and the UWF. Friends of John's from NBC who worked with him in the Transportation Department came.
Mike Lano, who ran John's Fan Club attended, along with Mark Dawson, who was Vice President of the Fan Club. Also attending were Jeff & Scott Walton, Rock Riddle, Dan Pherran, Mando and some others. About 60 people in all. Bill Anderson couldn't get off work but wanted to attend.
Lenny told me while he was talking with Tracy she had a story she wanted to share.
She was in charge of a Night Club in Boston and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was filming the movie "The Game Plan" in MA., his people contacted the club to see if they could come in at the last minute, Tracy who was in charge said yes and they showed up, The Rock wants to thank who ever helped his situation and asked who it was he should thank, the person Said it was Tracy and that her Dad was also a Professional Wrestler. The Rock asked who her dad was and was told it was "The Golden Greek John Tolos". He then grabs the person and runs with them to Tracy's office, where they talk for quite a long time. It was very obvious to me that she was so very proud of being John Tolos' Daughter.
Stories were shared, there was laughter and tears were shed, but most importantly, memories were shared of a wonderful Man, wrestler, father and brother.
