I would like to send Get Well greetings to Konnan, who just got out of the hospital.  Since his immune system is weak due to the kidney surgery, he got a virus during the swine flu scare, but it wasn’t the swine flu.  He is weak but hopes to start working again soon.

One thing puzzles me, WWE Classics from MSG has returned on TV this year, but they are all reruns from last year.  With all the Madison Square Garden footage the WWE has, why would they want reruns for a second year.  Makes no sense to me at all.  And all us old timers love watching old MSG footage, the older the better.  And of course, I get to see myself in our second row seats. Only sad thing about it, is that so many of the wrestlers and fans too have passed away.

The main reason the WWE has made their shows more PG rated is because sponsors were not happy with the current programming.

National Wrestling Superstars in conjunction with Ted Mark Sports, the promoter of the Whiskey Cafe Sunday May 17 event in Lyndhurst, NJ, featuring live bands, Harley Davidson’s and National Wrestling Superstars pro wrestling has postponed the event due to impending in climate weather. Ted Mark Sports will announce a new rain date for this outdoor event shortly.
