April 29th: We regret to announce that El Generico will not be able to appear in Boston on May 8th and Edison on May 9th. The injuries to his knee require further evaluation, and medical personnel have advised Generico that any further damage to the knee will almost certainly require surgical repair. We will keep you updated as to Generico’s condition and to whether or not he will be able to appear at the HDNet National Television tapings in Philadelphia on May 29th and 30th.
April 29th: ROH officials are happy to announce that the Super Smash Brothers have been added to the events in Boston and Edison and will be in tag team action! Several officials at ROH have been impressed with the charismatic Canadian tag team, and look forward to their involvement on May 8th and 9th!
April 29th: Everyone at Ring of Honor wishes to extend sincere condolences to the family of “Playboy” Buddy Rose.
April 29th: Due to the injury to El Generico, the line-ups for Boston and Edison have been shifted. In Boston, Mike Quackenbush has now signed to face ½ of the ROH World Tag Team Champions, Eddie Edwards, in singles competition. Bryan Danielson will now face Sonjay Dutt in a singles rematch from 8 0Death before Dishonor IV”! In Edison, “Pretty Boy Pitbull” Kenny King will now battle “Lightning” Mike Quackenbush one-on-one in what promises to be one of the most athletic contests so far in 2009!

April 29th: Two huge matches have been signed for Edison on May 9th. First, Jimmy Rave of the Embassy and their associate, Claudio Castagnoli, will take on Delirious and the Necro Butcher in tag team action. Necro and Delirious have battled side-by-side before. Can Rave and Claudio gel quickly enough to be a force in the ROH tag team division? Also added, Colt “Boom Boom” Cabana will face the debuting Joey Ryan! Can Ryan use Cabana to make his name in Ring of Honor, or will Cabana send the sleaze back to Hollywood?
