…..

Hello,

We attended the autograph signing at Best Buy in Braintree Saturday, November 22.  Appearances were by CM Punk, Mickey James and Kofi Kingston.  We arrived shortly after 6:00 (we live in Southbridge, MA and between driving and using the MBTA which is public transportation, it took us 2 hours to get there.)

When we got there, a few people showed up afterwards and there was an employee from the store not allowing the line to get any longer.  We waited in line (it was very cold and windy) until 7:45 and were then told that we were not going to see the wrestlers because of the amount of time being spent with each person.

The police had to come because people were very upset (swearing, etc.).  I also heard a man state that when he got into line, he specifically asked if he was wasting his time waiting in line (he wanted to make sure that he would see the stars) and he was told that he would see them.  He didn’t so he was very upset.

It didn’t help that the celebrities didn’t arrive until 6:45.  They were supposed to be there from 6:00 to 8:00.  Anyway, my son (age 11) bought two wrestling belts in order to have them signed.  All the way home he didn’t say a word and had his head down.

I’m just wondering if Best Buy will ever do this again just because of all the problems that happened.

Debbie
