Date:   10/04/08
Time:   10am

This week on the Pain Clinic our special guest was Jeremy Borash.
JB is venturing back to our fair state of New York for a TNA House
Show in Glens Falls and Poughkeepsie this weekend.

Jeremy talks about being in Lowell Massachusetts the night before.
The place Samoa Joe won the TNA Championship.  Jeremy promotes
the shows for this night and the next.  Glens Falls is the home of
'Hacksaw' Jim Duggan and we discuss it as well a his dad is the
police chief there.

Mick Foley's addition to TNA is examined by JB.  He talks about how
Mick fit in very well and the crowd loved his appearance.  JB
compares the WWE Roster versus TNAs and he said TNA tops
them in ability and overall skill.  Mick Foley's 'shoot' comments are
talked about by JB and he said the material between JeffJarrett
are closer to the real thing than you would think.

We talk about last weeks Impact and the feel for the show.  JB
talks about the HD conversion at the Impact Zone.   This will
happen in 3 weeks with the live show in Las Vegas.

JB is asked about how TNA can get the word out on Mick Foley
joining TNA and how this can effect the ratings .  Getting the word
out is a difficult process.  WWE has actually loss viewers over
the same period that TNA has been in existence and TNA has
maintained the same numbers.

Jeremy talks about the Spin Cycle.  He clues us in to how it's done
and who the studio audience is.  He talks about the real appeal for the
show and talks about the next show coming up with Vince Russo,
Terry Taylor, Disco Inferno and Simon Diamond.

This leads us into a discussion about Glenn "Disco Inferno" Gilberti.
JB puts him over and so does the crew of the Pain Clinic.

Look for the Spin Cycle to appear soon on the Spike TV website.

We beg for a TNA show in Rochester (tongue in cheek style) and
JB thinks they should come here too!  Jeremy talks about growing
up in Minnesota and compares it to Rochester.

Jeremy talks about the Impact from Las Vegas in 3 weeks.  He
recaps the history of the company and shows the growth as being
slow but steady.   He talks about the video games and promoting
it at the house shows.

We let Jeremy go after he promotes "Bound For Glory" and  a few
words on Steve 'Mongo' McMichaels.

You can hear Bret Hart on the Pain Clinic next Saturday October 11th at 10am.
