Hi Georgie,
This is my first time writing up a convention report, but I wanted to say something about my experience at Turnbuckle's event last evening. I arrived at the hotel a couple of hours early and watched several wrestlers arrive and some vendors set up their merchandise. The show got off to a little bit of a late start, but that was due simply to bad weather and travel difficulties. However, all of the advertised talent showed up and were all extremely friendly and accommodating. I started off with Jeff Jarrett, the man I wanted to meet most of all. He was very friendly, even joking with me about a DVD cover I had him sign. It was a wonderful experience. Next it was off to the Steiner Brothers, who were great. Both stood up and took their photo with me. They truly are a great tag team in and outside of the ring. After the Steiners, I went to the big name of the show, GOLDBERG! He was one of the friendliest wrestlers I've ever met. I was one of the select people to receive a free copy of his book, which he personalized in addition to another autograph and photo. Goldberg is really an amazing guy. I recommend everyone try and meet him if they have the opportunity. Next up was Lance Storm. It was really great meeting Lance, as he is a very rare guest and I'm very thankful I had the chance to meet him. Lastly for me it was Miss Kitty. She was a little late, but it was due to a luggage problem with the airline. Once that was straightened out she came immediately to the signing. She was a real sweetheart and although she looks a little different than her wrestling days, she still looks amazing. All in all it was a wonderful experience. I think a ton of thanks need to go out to Jason Blaustein, who despite all of his work with the talent and the show, took the time to stop me and ask how I was doing and made sure that things were going smoothly for me. It really was a great time and a day I'll never forgot.
