I want to wish everyone a Happy Labor Weekend.  It will be a slow weekend.
Today Time Warner Cable had problems in Astoria again, for about 6 hours I had no internet and no phone service.  At least my cable TV worked, otherwise I would have gone out of my mind.  Also thank goodness for cell phones.

Both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night Smackdown! are being taped tonight in St. Louis, MO., at the Scottrade Center as all the crew will get a rare (almost) week off with live events resuming on Friday night.
 
With Labor Day coming up tomorrow the decision was taken early to have both tapings done in the same building so fans will get two shows for the price of one.
 
RAW returns on USA Network tomorrow in its usual time slot after a week on Sci Fi
due to the US Open tennis.
 
ECW taped two shows, one on Monday before RAW - which aired the next day - and one on Tuesday prior to Smackdown!, with the second show airing this coming week.

According to the Daily News Slammer column, Sid is coming back to WWE. 
I have heard the same rumors, but nothing is in cement yet. 
The WWE will be in Sid's hometown the middle of September, if there is any truth to the rumors, I'll bet there will be a meeting then.
