Nick Bollea pre-trial hearing held this morning

TAMPA -- A pre-trial hearing took place this morning in Downtown Tampa for Nick Bollea, the son of wrestler Hulk Hogan.

During the hearing, the judge waived the right to a speedy trial. The next hearing is scheduled for Feb 6th at 8:30am.

Bollea is charged with reckless driving and driving under the influence in a crash that happened last August in Clearwater. His friend, John Graziano, was hospitalized after the accident. Graziano remains in a coma.
