Funk's Corner - Old School - Short Arm Scissors on Monday Night Raw? Yes and No.
 
Last night on Raw, Hornswaggle McMahon may have set a record for the smallest person to ever throw Shawn Michaels to the mat. Following the well executed hiplock, Hornswaggle McMahon wrapped his legs around a surprised Shawn Michaels arm.
 
Triple H made the comment that Hornswaggle McMahon had just applied a "Short Arm" Scissors to Shawn Michaels.
 
I have used a "Short Arm Scissors" often in my career and I can verify that was a "Short Arm" Scissors but not a true "Short Arm Scissors." 
 
Now on our website we have a picture of a true "Short Arm Scissors" applied by myself on Antonio Inoki.

Funk's Corner - Moolah was Fabulous
 
In the summer of '85 in San Juan Puerto Rico in a sold out Hiram Bithorn Stadium, (20,000 People) Marti and I were facing Carlos Colon and The Fabulous Moolah in a Mixed Tag Team Street Fight anything goes. It was Marti's first ever experience in the ring.
 
"I was scared to death but found that Moolah was one of the nicest people I have ever known. She was a real giving person. She wanted to please people and she made me look good inspite of my inexperience. Thanks to Moolah it was one of my most memorable experiences in  my life and pro wrestling. My condolences to all the wrestling fans that loved to watch her and to her friends and family."
