I called the number and was told that the service is not available to me since I am a Time Warner Cable customer, then I got transfered to Time Warner Cable.  I told Time Warner Cable, I want my WWE 24/7.  The operator said she would report to the office.

I think if enough of us keep calling, they will finally get WWE 24/7 on Time Warner Cable.... So CALL.....
