NWA Anarchy by Ca$hFlowX
Episode 75
August 6, 2007

Welcome to another edition of the NWA Anarchy TV Report, professional wrestling’s only television review without MERITT~! I’m moving, so this week’s report doesn’t feature any commentary.

WRESTLING: (n.) ’res-ling A sport of contest in which two individuals face off in unarmed combat.
ANARCHY: (n.) an-ar-key (1) A state of lawlessness due to absence of authority. (2) A complete lack of order.
What happens when you mix the two together? NWA-Anarchy!

- Last week on Anarchy, Slim J evened up his best of series with Patrick Bentley, Jeff G Bailey reappeared after being locked up in Eddie Rich’s basement for 28 days and Phil Shatter powerbombed Iceberg to Hades.

- John is not only the Body, but he is ecstatic because Iceberg did the job and Bailey returned. This week, it’s Slim J vs. Patrick Bentley III and Truitt Fields battles Jeremy Vain for the NWA Anarchy TV Title. Also, “the Insult Technician” Chad Parham will be doing battle with “Mr. Mid-Atlantic” Damien Wayne in the opening round of the NWA World Heavyweight Title Tournament.

1. Jeremy Vain retained the NWA Anarchy TV Title after wrestling Truitt Fields to a draw.
All Truitt has to say is cheer and the crowd will respond, how loud? Truitt gets right down to business by demonstrating his physical prowess. Vain is so mesmerized by Truitt’s physique that he decides to initiate a game of cat and mouse. Early on, Truitt was able to keep Vain in check with clotheslines and a gorilla press slam. Vain says, “I ain’t taking any more of this bull nuts” and resorts to the ever heelish Mo Howard Eyelock. Vain uses a nice wheelbarrow German to score a near fall. The crowd starts up a thunderous “Truitt” chant and he responds by not only blocking a suplex, but sneaking in one of his own. Vain didn’t take too kindly and nailed Truitt in the mush with a mafia kick. Truitt escapes the dreaded chinlock and sends Vain scurrying for cover with a huge powerslam for a 2½ count. Truitt sneaks in several more near falls before Vain heads back to Dodge. Truitt is forced to bring Vain in the hard way and gets a 2¾ count after a posting on a catapult. Again, Truitt sets up for another pinning predicament, but not before Vain can moon the crowd. Vain leaps down to the arena floor as the bell rings to signal that the time limit has expired. Truitt chases Vain to the back. Thankfully, Vain didn’t take over seventy nine counts to retain the title, but his Lord Steven Regal retreating is awesome.
RATING: *½

2. Derrick Driver & Steven Walters defeated Sex & Money (Andrew Pendleton III & “Mr. Obsession” Caleb Konley).
John Johnson loathes sportsmanship, so do I. I personally believe that’s its perfectly fine to practice the ultimate form of birth control, to gouge visual organs, and to be a human ammunition depot. Unfortunately, this match lacked any weapons of mass destruction. That’s okay, both teams worked a good match and ended when Driver caught Pendleton with a Sunset flip on a blind tag. Later on the show, it would be revealed why these teams shook hands.

- The Anger Alliance appears on the WrestleVision Tron 7800. Adam Roberts instructs Kyle Matthews & Brandon Phoenix to study all groups of 4 throughout wrestling history. And then out of nowhere, Matthews struts not so like Ric Flair and goes WHOO! At this point, this might be the most awesome promo ever. Brody Ray Chase brags about racking in mad Lucci while allegedly talking on the phone to Sal Rinauro. He jabbers about Todd Sexton, who mysteriously appears in the ring. Well, a referee heads to the back to let the rudos know that one Todd Sexton is calling them out. Sexton calls out the Anger Alliance because Sal has no BALLS OF STEAL like the Human Tornado. They answer Sexton’s challenge promptly by beating the living poop out of him. Everyone took turns stiffing the nuts out of Sexton. It was a beatdown of epic proportions. Brody Ray gave him the stunner, Phoenix delivered his patented STO, Roberts with the spinning cutter and Matthews with the Clothesline from Butcher’s Hollow. Sexton knew that he was f**ked and picked the wrong night to pick on a group of 4 that lived up to its name. Sexton sold it like a million bucks. Driver, Walters, Pendleton and Konley ran out to make the save. Sexton won’t be optically challenged after taking that licking. By the way, John Johnson, I heard Richard Morton and Rick Steiner are available for the Varsity Club.

- Seth Delay interrupts Patrick Bentley backstage. Delay basically tells him that not only is Bentley out of Slim J’s league, but he can’t even hang with him. Bentley wants to strangle Delay, but he has a long fuse and shrugs it off. Delay will still be Bentley’s friend even after the love of his life snatches all of worldly possessions.

3. Slim J squashed Patrick Bentley to take a 2 – 1 lead in the best of series.
This match certainly didn’t boost Bentley’s confidence. In fact, Slim J outright humiliated the youngster by living up to every thing that Survivor’s theme says: outwit, outsmart and outlast. Slim provided a professional wrestling and mixed martial arts clinic by demonstrating his knowledge of triangle chokes, armbars, high flying aerodynamics, DDTs and fisherman floatovers, and arm scissors. Slim finally gets tired of Bentley and easily destroys him with the Roach clip to go up in their series 2 – 1. Slim just shakes his head at Bentley when grabs the mike. He called Bentley’s effort heartless and pathetic. Bentley tries to interject himself, but Slim laughs in his face and promises to whip his ass again, BUSTER~! Just like Lennox Lewis gave Oliver McCall back in 1998, all according to the gospel of John Johnson.

- No edition of Anarchy is complete with a confrontation between the NWA Elite and the Devil’s Rejects. Attorney/agent Jeff G Bailey was accompanied by Abomination, Jeff Lewis with his stogie and the newest edition, Phil Shatter. Bailey continued to brag about the chaos and destruction the Rejects met every time they face-off with the Rejects. Last week, “the Universal Soldier” Phil Shatter powerbombed Iceberg straight to Hades and became the first to ever pin him in Anarchy history. Iceberg was no longer a serial killer in the eyes of Bailey. He bragged about how Shatter survived IED’s, mortars and dead bodies riddled on the ground, yet he still managed to slay his enemies. And oh then there is the “Human Holocaust” Abomination, the man who single-handedly murdered Tank’s career. Last, but not least, Lewis had taken care of Tempers. Dan Wilson would be wise to never show face his again. This prompted Dan Wilson to rally his troops against the NWA Elite. Wilson accuses Bailey of working for FOX News with all the spin doctoring he’s putting on the story. He calls Shatter a “GI Jerkoff” and never defeated Iceberg or Tempers. Wilson had a fever and it wasn’t the flavor of a Pringle, it was for the blood of his own Rejects. Wilson was prepared to launch a full scale attack, but NWA Owner Jerry Palmer headed out to prevent World War III from occurring. Palmer threatens this feud better end at the Georgia Mountain Center in Gainesville, GA on the 23rd, when they will battle inside a 14 foot high steel cage in War Games. Wilson wants sacrificial lambs for the slaughter and noted the Elite are a man short. Bailey reminded that the Elite has unlimited resources and Rainman would fill in. Wilson screams as the Cornelia’s finest heads out to stop the carnage. Bailey calls Wilson a coward for calling the Po Po. As both factions prepare to battle, the cop that looked like he won the doughnut eating competition orders them to the back.

Great Virginia Bash '07 Results

RESULTS of the FIRST EVER NWA World Wide Wrestling Taping from Ground Zero Wrestling School in Richmond, Virginia.

Sean Denny and his brother Markey D [now known as the Geordi Bulldogs, in reference to their home in Great Britian] demanded NWA Virginia Promoter Rick OBrien do something about Mike Booth, Shy and Masked Superstar II. Apparently, as Shy was Denny's former manager, Shy is STILL receiving 20% of whatever The Geordi Bulldogs [Denny's tag team name] earn in either singles or tag team matches.

Since they weren't scheduled to open the show, yet refused to leave the ring, OBrien rearranged the show and then introduced the Bulldogs opponents, Vulstag and Krotch.

During the match, Mike Booth, Masked Superstar II and Shy, came out and Sean and Markey went after them. This led to them brawling to the back and being counted out giving Vulstag and Krotch the victory.

In the Series of Seven Plagues for the Alpha Championship match, LaZaRuS, up 2 - 0 in the series, chose a SPECIAL GUEST referee as this matches stipulation. The Special referee? None other than LaZaRuS' own manager, Timmy Danger
As expected, Timmy favored his man, and was very biased in his calling of the match. The end came when LaZaRuS put the sharpshooter on to Grail and the referee called for the bell even though Grail had not submitted and had begun to reverse the hold. LaZaRuS held up three fingers into the camera, while Grail looked very frustrated.

Grail left the ring and went into the back but came back and mauled LaZaRuS' leg. Grail put LaZaRuS in the sharpshooter and refused to break it. After another referee entered the ring, Grail finally broke the hold and LaZaRuS was helped into the back.

'Pure Talent' Chris Escobar defeated Tank Thomas in an exciting back and forth match up! Escobar had some words to say to the camera about Chance Prophet earlier in the show [this will be posted tomorrow on YouTube or GoogleVideo].

Mark Bravura scored his first win in the NWA by defeating Horrorshow and Logan Knight in a three way dance. Horrorshow went to use a fork on Bravura, but missed, striking Knight who tumbled from the ring, and allowed Bravura a chance to roll up Horrorshow for the victory.

The Old School Empire defeated The Hall Brothers to solidify their stature as the number one contenders to the NWA North American Tag Team Championship in an exciting match that went almost 20 minutes! The Geordi Bulldogs [Sean Denny and Markey D] were at ringside but did NOT interfere. Sean Denny said something into the camera as they left the ringside area.

Scotty Blaze w/Erotica D'Vine retained the North American Tag Team Championships in a handicap match against Chris Dramin and Mike Vaughn w/Timmy Danger in a match ruled a no contest. The Old School Empire came out, flush with victory from their own match, and began mocking both teams. Danger got into a verbal altercation with Booth and was punched by Booth!  This opened the flood gates of a brawl that will look great on video! The best part were the punches thrown by Vaughn on Masked Superstar II and vice versa, and the superkick Vaughn nailed on Superstar II.

In the Main Event, NWA Virginia State Heavyweight Champion The Pharaoh w/Sheik Ali Akbar defeated 'Mr. Mid Atlantic' Damian Wayne by pinfall when Akbar grabbed Wayne's leg and held it down which allowed Pharaoh to get the win.

After the match, Wayne challenged Pharaoh to put his [Pharaoh's] North American Heavyweight Title shot REMATCH on August 18 on the line at the NWA Legends Convention on August 12!
Pharaoh was stunned, but NWA Promoter Rick OBrien agreed to the stipulation!

North American Heavyweight Champion Dru Onyx is supposed to defend the belt against Pharaoh on August 18 in Richmond. Now, Dru Onyx will defend against EITHER Pharaoh OR Damian Wayne, depending on the outcome of the Wayne/Pharaoh rematch at the Legends Convention on August 12!

The Legends Convention show on Sunday has become even MORE interesting!

All and all a VERY successful night of tapings for NWA World Wide Wrestling.

Over 15 backstage interviews were conducted, and those can ONLY be seen by watching NWA World Wide Wrestling when it is edited, graphiced, etc.

Once that is completed, these episodes will be WEEKLY and can be found EXCLUSIVELY at www.NWAWorldWideWrestling.com

Cody Whitehead & Micheal White def Brandon Stone &
“The Ice Man” Chris Eckos by using a kendo stick while
the ref was distracted. This feud got heated as Eckos
took a beating from both White and Whitehead. He made
a tag to Stone and the tables turned. When all four
men entered the ring the referee was pulled to the
brawling that spilled outside the ring. Whitehead slid
a kendo stick into White who knocked Stone out with it
and got the pin. Mike Porter confronted the ref and
the members of Impact Inc. He then made a match for
next week – Kendo Stick on a Pole match, Columbia, Tn
style!
--------------------------------------------------------
Syndicate Crew (LA Player & D’Angelo) def Syndicate

hit a huge somoan drop and joined D’Angelo for a
double team super kick / elbow drop. Psycho Medic made
a comeback only to be caught by the referee and Mr.
Mike Porter trying to use a chain. Medic & Karnage
then commenced a brutal beating leaving LA Player and
D’Angelo lying in the ring.

NWA Hawaii.

Well gang, out next show has been announced. Dawn of
Destruction will take place on Saturday August 18th at
The Hall at Kalihi Valley.

The Main Event will be for the NWA Hawaii Heavyweight
title between the champion, Sickdog vs the #1
contender "Hot Sauce" Jody Lopez. These two met at
Pearl Harbor on the 4th of July with Sickdog getting
the win with a small package. After the show, Lopez
immediatly went to GM Rich Miyamoto and demanded a
rematch. Miyamoto consented and now Lopez gets a
second shot at belt.

Another rematch scheduled is between former
Heavyweight champion Kapu and Hawaii's newest star,
Sulu Afi. Afi gained a huge upset victory in his first
professional match. Kapu was extremely upset after the
match, saying Afi got lucky. When this contest was
signed, Kapu stated "I will teach that young punk the
meaning respect and pain!!!".

Bushido X is scheduled to make his first Jr.
Heavyweight title defense on the 18th. Ricky Thunder,
Super Typhoon, Tui, Masked Custodian and more of your
favorite NWA Hawaii stars will be in action.

Mark your calendars, Saturday August 18 at "The Hall"
in Kalihi Valley. Bell time is 7:00 pm.

Keep your eye's open for the next PowerslamHawaii!!!

NWA Hawaii News & Notes 08/09/07

Kapu has not been a very happy man as of late. Back in
June, he lost the NWA Hawaii Heavyweight title to
Sickdog...a loss he blames on General Manager
Rich Miyamoto. Those who were there remember that it
was Miyamoto who made the 3 count while Senior Referee
Scott Stryker was knocked out that gave
Sickdog the victory and the championship. Since then,
Kapu has stated that Miyamoto will "get what he
deserves soon". Not sure what he has in mind, but
it can't be good.

Another situation that has Kapu a bit miffed was his
upset loss to rookie Sulu Afi on July 4th at
Pearl
Harbor
. "That punk got lucky that day. He better enjoy
the feeling while he can, because next time we meet,
there will be a whole lotta pain waiting for him!!",
Kapu was heard saying in the NWA Hawaii office when he
signed the contract to face Afi in a rematch on August
18th. For those of you who are wondering, Sulu Afi is
the son of the legendary Siva Afi.

Dawn of Destruction will see a second rematch as the
main event as "Hotsauce" Jody Lopez gets another crack
at the NWA Hawaii Heavyweight championship when he
faces current title holder Sickdog. After losing
to Sickdog on July 4th, he immediatly went to G.M.
Miyamoto and begged/demanded a rematch. Lopez has been
on a bit of a roll since taking on a "me first,
win at all costs" attitude earlier this year. This,
however, could be a case of "Be careful of what you
wish for, you just may get it." for "Hotsauce".
Sickdog has looked solid since returning to the ring
late last year and, barring injury, could have a long
run with the title.

Former NWA Hawaii Jr. Heavyweight champion, El Guapo,
is looking for answers as to why The "Waz" turned on
him and cost him the Jr. Heavyweight championship on
the Fourth of July at Pearl Harbor. NWA 808 contacted
Waz and asked him about his actions in the ring that
day, and his response was "El Guapo didn't deserve to
be the champion. He's just a dancing fool. This
is pro wrestling, not Saturday Night Fever!".

Speaking of the Jr. Heavyweight championship, Bushido
X will be making his first title defense on the 18th.
An opponant hasn't been named as of yet, but you can
bet that G.M. Miyamoto has one in mind.

Ricky Thunder made his return to the squared circle at
the Pearl Harbor show with an impressive victory over
the much larger T.L.A. When asked about his
shoulder (dislocated back in January), Thunder
admitted to not being quite 100% recovered, but said
he's ready to make a statement for the rest of 2007.

That's all for now!

NWA SW NEWS

Chaz Taylor regained the NWA Texas Heavweight strap on Aug 10, 2007 at VFW
Hall in Cypress, Texas.  It was to be a  NWA-SW rematch from last month
between Chaz Taylor and the new Champ Seth Korbin, however NWA Oklahoma's
Chance Christopher was in the building and vowed revenge on Chaz himself.
The decision was made by NWA-SW promoter Ken Taylor to make it a triple
threat match for the title.

Chaz and Chance start the match with the intensity that sets the stage for a
long night. Chaz gained control and threw Chance out of the ring as the
Champ Seth Korbin finally enters the arena. Korbin then immediately went
after Chaz however who hit him with Hurricanrana.

This battle went back and forth with Chance returning to the action
attacking Korbin. The Champ had things in his favor as his Triangle of
Terror tag team partner Sidarth was ringside making it tough for the referee
to see everything.   After a back and forth for 10 minutes, Korbin
chokeslamed the huge Chance Christopher and seemed in control and close to
victory, but he turned back to find  Chaz  waiting with a face to face a
superkick. Chaz then ascended to the top rope and dropped the Taylor-Made
Elbow Drop for the pin.
