Subject  Idea for Time Off For Wrestlers
Body:  Hey...To those of you who read and w/b about my article, thank you.

I was thinking...would this make sense at all or be do-able? Many feel the travel schedule is too hard for the wrestlers now and it IS pretty brutal. That could be what's leading to many health/drug/marital/injury problems.
Wrestlers have no off time. Not even the standard paltry 2 week crap we call "vacation time" here in the USA. They do Wrestlemania...then have RAW the next night. Imagine football players doing the Superbowl...then having a game the next night? Crazy.

So-just for shits and giggles, would this ever feasibly work?

3 month rotations of talent on EACH SHOW for the year with 3 months off time.
Meaning, you do 3 months on RAW, culminatate in a PPV, then take a month off (downside pay).
Come back and do 3 months on ECW. Then month off. Return for 3 months of Smackdown. Month off.

I can see that it might be a little predictable about title dropping for the 'smarks' when they figure out the time frames, BUT...(since it IS fake anyway, f*ck 'em...and) overall, wouldnt it be better for the athletes and business?

That is a bit different I'll admit, but would give many rest time, time with their families and mix up the rosters a bit. It would take some finagaling with the writers, but they could do it for 3 months at a time ---- and with various talents coming and going in different time slots, might allow for a lot of surprises, run ins, hide those who get injuries a bit better, diff finishes, etc.

Would that ever realistically work?
