Billy Kidman was unable to appear due to his wife's WWE
status and Jake "The Snake" Roberts and his scheduled
babysitter no-showed their flight from Atlanta to
Boston and have no returned any phone calls.
Prior to the live wrestling event, fans enjoyed a
no-holds-barred Question & Answer session with The
Sandman, Percy Pringle/Paul Bearer, Test, The Missing
Link and Ox Baker, followed by autographs and photos
with the stars.
In pre-event matches during the fan-fest...
"Hoochie Playa" Danny Jaxx def. Bob Granada
Damian Vachon def. Leo Venis
Canadian Sensaions def. Texas Outlaw & Sgt. Ralph Lano
At Soul Survivor...
Ox Baker won the 3rd Annual "Boston Bad Boy" Tony
Rumble Memorial Battle Royal
Greg Spitz def. Ricky Landell
"Extreme Strongman" Gino Martino performed one of his
strongman stunts, having a bowling ball dropped from
the middle rope onto his head (covered with three
cement blocks). Ox Baker came out to insult Martino
while he was jumped from behind by The Missing Link.
Jimmy Jact Ca$h def. The Widowmaker (replacing Tiger
Mulligan)
AWA BRASS KNUX TITLE MATCH
Gino Martino NC The Missing Link (with Ox Baker)
Osirus def. Nick Narcisstic
LYNN STREET FIGHT
Todd Hanson & Beau Douglas & The Sandman & "Veteran"
Paulie Gilmore def. Ox Baker's Army - The Outpatient &
Islanders & Pierre "The Beast" Vachon
(in the middle of this bloody, wild war, Johnny
Fabulous ran to ringside from his seat and tossed an
object into the ring for the Army to use. In the end,
Team Hanson slashed the Army to win the war)
MWF TV TITLE MATCH
"Die Hard" Eddie Edwards def. "Hurricane" John Walters
& Fergel Devitt
(this match was made in order to give the fans the best
action possible due to Billy Kidman unable to appear.
Edwards is fresh off a tour of NOAH in Japan, Walters
is one of the finest athletes to ever come out of New
England and Devitt is tearing up rings here in the US
while on tour from his native Ireland. These three
hungry, young athletes tore it up...while Eddie Edwards
scored the pinfall, all three were winners and received
a standing ovation)
MWF HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
"Sudden Impact" Dylan Kage def. "Latin Fury" Luis Ortiz
(The Trifecta has a new leader - Paul Bearer! Prior to
the match, Commissioner Von Johnson came to ringside
stating that he would remain there to make sure that no
wrestler from the back interfered. Percy Pringle, who
has been rumored to be the new MWF Commissioner since
August once Von Johnson's term expires, made his way to
the ring and said that since Von Johnson has made so
many suspicious rulings in the past that he would sit
at ringside as well. At one point, referee Rich Bass
was kicked in the face. While he was KO'd, Percy
Pringle tossed Dylan Kage the championship belt, which
he used as a weapon to defeat Ortiz in his hometown of
Lynn, MA. The crowd was shocked that Pringle would
turn his back on the fans and lead The Trifecta group
of Dylan Kage, Jimmy Jact Cash and Danny Jaxx)
