After a nearly two-month hiatus, IWC returns to The Palisades inMcKeesport, PA! Only a few minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, IWC has
made the Palisades its home, and intends to bring McKeesport some of
the best wrestling it's seen in years! Following the big Summer
Sizzler 2 event in August, the following matches have been made for
IWC's Revengeance 2!

IWC World Heavyweight Title
SHIRLEY DOE vs. STERLING KEENAN
It was at Summer Sizzler 2 that Sterling Keenan attacked Shirley Doe
following Doe's successful defense of the IWC Heavyweight Title over
Steve Corino. Then and there, Sterling gave "Last Rites" on the title
reign of Shirley Doe. Now with the "Super Indy Killer" setting his
sights on IWC's main prize, Doe may be in for his toughest title
defense to date. Sterling has been at the top of the mountain before,
but after the work and dedication Doe has put into making that title
more meaningful than ever before, Sterling would want nothing more
than to sneak in and gain the notoriety of being champion, a notoriety
that wouldn't exist on such a high scale if not for Doe. On October
29, Sterling attempts to gain his second IWC Title, but the toughest
man on the roster stands in his way.
IWC Super Indy Title
"FABULOUS" JOHN MCCHESNEY vs. SHANNON MOORE
John McChesney has been a true inspirational story in the year 2005.
He's continued to rise to the top, undaunted and unwavered no matter
what the odds. From winning Super Indy 4, to defeating Christopher
Daniels inside a steel cage, to finally putting his wars with Sterling
Keenan behind him, McChesney has been as unstoppable as a runaway
train. But now McChesney stands across the ring with someone who, like
him, has something to prove. For "The Prince of Punk" Shannon Moore,
the handcuffs come off and the restrictions are gone for good. It's
time for Shannon Moore to prove what he can really do and what he's
truly capable of. Two young athletes, two desperate to prove their
worth, yet only one championship stands before them.
IWC Tag Team Titles
SOUTHERN COMFORT vs. The GAMBINO BROTHERS MOVING COMPANY
This is a battle of two teams with a lot of momentum on their side.
Tracy Smothers & Chris Hamrick defeated Sebastian Dark & HENTAI at
Summer Sizzler 2, a wild Ladder Match which culminated with the
damndest Southern Bellringer ever seen. Meanwhile, the Gambinos are
fresh off conquering The Ohio Players and, after a lengthy series of
personal and bloody wars, got the satisfaction of seeing their rivals
at their humiliated worsts. As a result, Mickey & Marshall have been
deemed #1 Contenders to Tracy & Hamrick, thrusting the young duo into
the biggest match-up of their careers. Mickey & Marshall, just
beginning to carve their legacy, just discovering what path to walk
down in life, will be matched against a grand total of over 4 decades
of ringtime. It's the classic battle of youth vs. experience with the
tag team straps on the line.
CHRIS HERO vs. EDDIE KINGSTON
Two men who know each other extremely well, but two men who also have
quite a bit to prove. Chris Hero is fresh off of a loss to Glenn
Spectre, and it's tough to claim you've never lost a match in your
life with that on the minds of all your fans. Eddie Kingston,
meanwhile, is hoping to bounce back from his failed attempts at
overcoming IWC Champion Shirley Doe. Both of these men are anxious to
bounce back into the win column and prove to all watching that they
deserve to be in title contention.
DEAN RADFORD & THE SANDMAN vs. SEBASTIAN DARK & HENTAI
Dean Radford hasn't been heard from since the end of July, when he was
the victim of a heinous attack courtesy of Sebastian Dark & HENTAI.
The former tag champions brutalized Radford before stuffing him into
the trunk of a car and speeding off. Apparently, Radford was trakced
down to the deserts of New Mexico after being left to rot. But now,
Radford has signed for a tag match with Dark & HENTAI, and has
recruited the "Hardcore Icon" The Sandman on his side! The Sandman
will be in attendance on the 29th to unleash his own brand of hell on
Dark & HENTAI alongside the vengeance-seeking Radford!
SHIIMA XION vs. TROY LORDS
Why did Shiima Xion interject himself during Troy Lords' and J-Rocc's
posing for pictures while wearing dresses, following the Ohio Players'
humiliating loss to the Gambinos? Was it too funny for even he to
resist? Was he jealous that someone else decided to show off their
outfits on his own personal catwalk known as the squared circle?
Whatever the case may be, Xion and his associate "Prophet of Profit"
Chris Maverick physically interjected themselves in the situation and
thanks to the betrayal of J-Rocc, Lords was left even more humilated,
laying flat on the canvas barely able to move thanks to Xion's
patented "From Lust 2 Dust". Now, both men meet one-on-one,
face-to-face, and it won't be about who's wearing what, and it
certainly won't be pretty.
JASON GORY vs. LARRY SWEENEY
IWC's official 2004 Newcomer of the Year steps into the ring with
another newcomer to IWC, but certainly not to independent pro
wrestling fans, "Sweet & Sour" Larry Sweeney, who's been making major
waves across the state in the CHIKARA promotion. Sweeney hopes to make
his IWC debut a successful one, but following his exploits with KUDO,
Gory is out to prove he's definitely more than just a welcome mat, and
if new stars want to make a lasting first impression, they best not
have him as their first opponent.
