The following has been released as a statement directly from Jakks Pacific on the now canceled TNA Kurt Angle 'Wounded Warrior' 1 of 3000 figure:

JAKKS has learned that the agreement announced at Comic Con between TNA and Wounded Warrior Project for the limited edition TNA Wounded Warrior figure has been cancelled.  As a result, the figure that JAKKS was scheduled to produce cannot move forward.  JAKKS Pacific is disappointed with this unfortunate turn of events.
