Yo figure fans and fam!

We're on the Road to WrestleMania and amongst all the argumentative like and dislike, I got some new receivings thanks to Ringside Collectibles. I'm about a month away (hopefully) from being able to make contact in the ring as I heal and I'm chomping at the bit. So after a slight delay, this should wet your Elite 34 whistle! I got ahold of Paige and Hogan from the set, both with some accessories.

Paige is a smokeshow, obviously. Not exactly my type but she's fun to watch and brings a different dynamic. I don't have a ton of Diva figs, if any at all, honestly, but this one's cool. I'm thinking of handing it off to one of the many people I know that have huge crushes on her.

I was a big fan of 'grandpa Hogan' as the GM of Impact Wrestling but I hate the way he's diluted and a watered down version of himself on WWE TV. Nevertheless, his new figure is an OK showing. I think as far as old man versions go, it leaves a little bit to be desired. Jakks really did a number on him with wrinkles, etc. in Deluxe Impact 4. Here he gets the Vince McMahon 'I'm not that old, please don't make me look that way' treatment. Pretty surreal to see that Immortal tattoo, though. I thought I was going to hate a non-cloth boa but it actually looks cool. I complained about it to my mom and her response was 'a cloth one would get lost!' Good point, mom.

Rest...in...PEAAAACEEE, brah.

The WrestleMania Heritage Elites still prove to be strong offerings, with Bret & Shawn last year and Taker & Kane this year. I've never been a massive deadman fan but for a look that many people wanted I think it's a decent showing. A little on the cartoony side. I could care less if his tie is included or not, but hopefully you guys get what you want some day.

Kane's the real gem of this set. Since we haven't seen a Kane like this other than the RSC Exclusive since Elite 12, I was pumped to have a look right from when I enjoyed him most. It turned out great and it's even better that Mattel was able to reverse the mask colors so we could get one of the best versions of Kane yet.

I've never seen anything like, and never been more grateful for something, like I am for this Dramatico Elite custom thanks to TheAxeHennig and ucxrg. It's spot on, has packaging including my cameo in Captain Ultimate and a removable shirt. This has only added to my impatience in being able to make full contact in the ring and I've never seen anything as surreal. I also wish I could open it. Very badly.

Paige be like 'when oh when will you be free, my love?!'

A huge, heartfelt thanks to both of those guys again. I could not ever see something cooler. That's it for now. I'm "---" this close to being able to 100% train again and hoping to really get going very soon after that. In the meantime, keep having a good time, keep supporting indy wrestling that you like, and keep showing off all your figures because now more than ever I'm having fun being curious and seeing everyone's collections!
