Former WWE star Big Cass suffered a seizure last night at the House of Hardcore event at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia. Cass had just come out at intermission to go to his table in the merch area when the incident happened. Cass was taken to the hospital and seemed coherent when being placed on the stretcher by EMT’s.
