Seasons Beating Show Report by Cash Flow X
December 30, 2006
Attendance: 600+
- The town of
- The doors wasn’t supposed to open until 7 PM, but they opened early since it was raining outside. AJ Styles, Slim J (who is much smaller than I am), Ace Rockwell, Austin Creed and couple of other wrestler signed autographs and posed for pictures. Several locals loved my Old School Empire “Quality ass whoopins or your money back” T-shirt. I just smirked and didn’t say anything. Remember to always support your local talent when you head to an indy show outside your locality. The interior of the building is huge and features a small barroom as well. The set up is very professional. I had balcony seats, which means I had the best seat in the house. It’s not too often that I’m treated with this much respect.
- The show starts off with Eddie Rich informing the audience that we are singing the National Anthem. Copies of the Wrestling Informer are on sale for a $1 a piece. NWA Anarchy owner Jerry Palmer heads out with the Anarchy Angel Mary to accept his award as Georgia Promoter of the Year. He thanks the fans for their continued support. In a gesture of kindness, Palmer dedicated it to the entire locker room.
1. Ace Rockwell pinned Jimmy Rave to retain the NWA Anarchy TV Title.
THE MATCH: The crowd immediately digs into Rave by chanting “Jimmy sucks balls.” Rave begins the match by slapping the taste out of Ace’s mouth. Ace responds by giving Rave the bird. They chain wrestle for the opening minutes. The crowd begins to chant for Ace, but Rave commands the crowd not to. Ace takes down Rave with a shoulderblock. Rave hates to be embarrassed and promptly protests. Ace responds with a backdrop and fires away with 10 Shots to the Dome of Rave. Ace scores a near fall with a clothesline. They head over to the apron where Rave takes over with a nasty STO. Rave dominates Ace on the floor with a chop and a guardrail smash. Rave breaks the referee’s count and chops Ace, who was sitting in a ringside chair. Rave tosses him back in the ring for a two count. Rave tosses Ace back to the floor for a chop. Rave stomps Ace for a near fall. Rave continued to egg the crowd as he used a nice combination Russian leg sweep into an octopus. Rave scores a two count here. Ace tried to make a comeback, but Rave stopped him flat with a series of shoulderblocks in the corner and back suplex for a near fall. A rudo fan commands Rave to “whip that sissy #####.” Nice. Rave applies the obligatory resthold to build for a hope spot. Ace escapes and sends Rave flying to the floor after pulling down the top rope. Ace begins a major league comeback at ringside. The fans rally behind Ace as they chant his name. In the ring, Rave turnbuckle whips Ace, but misses him when he charges in. Ace sends Rave flying to the floor with a baseball slide. Ace tosses Rave back in the ring and scores a near fall with a cross bodyblock. Ace connects with a Stinger splash and spinning fisherman’s suplex for a near fall. He continues to mount an offensive with a huge spinebuster. Ace makes the cover, but Rave kicks out at 2¾. Ace sits Rave on the top rope and delivers a spine wrenching suplex for another 2¾ count. Ace goes for his finisher, but Rave counters with the SPEAR! Rave makes the cover, but Ace kicks out. Rave turnbuckle whips Ace, lands a flying knee and nearly finishes him off with a Rude Awakening. Rave snapmares Ace and catches him with a running kick for a two count. Rave tries to continue his offense, but Ace Hulks up! Ace pounds on Rave, but Rave fires back with a kick to the nether regions. Rave almost wins with a Russian legsweep. Rave decides it is time to put away his pesky adversary, but Ace stops him dead in his tracks with a top rope Ace’s High for the victory. After the match, they shake hands and Ace holds the ropes for Rave to walk through.
COMMENTS: This was definitely the best non-ROH match I’ve seen Rave wrestle in. His “aristocratic” and arrogant attitude has always given him a great personality, but his in ring work seems boring. Tonight was a different story and Rave didn’t lose the crowd here. Hopefully, his feud with Nigel McGuiness in ROH will help him propel out of his midcard status. The crowd heat was big time and both wrestlers responded by putting on a great match. Rockwell proved himself by keeping up with Rave.
RATING: ***¼
2. Brody Ray Chase & Brandon Phoenix win tag team turmoil.
RULES: This is almost a gauntlet style match where the winning team advances to fight the next match. Each match was scheduled for a 15 minimum time limit. The team that survives wins.
MATCH A: Jason Blackman & Adam Roberts vs. Adrian Hawkins & TC Carnage. The fans trade “Let’s go Blackman” and “Let’s go
MATCH B: Adrian Hawkins & TC Carnage vs. Shatter & Truitt. Now, that is an appropriate name, Shatter. With Hawkins stumbling outside the ring, Truitt forces Carnage to tap out to a half crab.
MATCH C: Shatter & Truitt vs. Team Macktion (Krazy K & TJ Mack). This show is so big that the Team Macktion didn’t wrestle for AWA CWF Mid-Atlantic’s biggest show of the year, Battlecade. They have ongoing controversy over the AWA Light Heavyweight Title. Truitt takes over early with a powerbomb to TJ. The heels used some nice double team tactics here: a Go 2 Sleep toss into a spinebuster and a Hart Attack. TJ escapes a suplex to a neckbreaker. TJ makes the hot tag to Krazy. They finish off Shatter with a beautiful dualing 619s.
MATCH D: Team Macktion (Krazy K & TJ Mack) vs. “Awesome” Austin Creed & Hayden Young. Creed & Young is easily one of the most popular tag teams in Anarchy and deservedly so. The crowd traded “Let’s go Hayden” and “Let’s go Krazy” chants. Both teams hit their traditional moves in this fast paced contest. Late on Krazy misses a double stomp and Young catches him with a cutter variation. Creed tags in. Creed clotheslines and lands a spinwheel kick for a two count. Krazy fights back, but Austin & Creed are too much when they finish him off with a back suplex/neckbreaker combination.
MATCH E: Austin Creed & Hayden Young vs. Brodie Ray Chase & Brandon Phoenix. The faces send the heels into a frenzy after a docey do dualing dropkicks and a double coconut. Chase & Phoenix scurry to the floor, but only to meet a huge plancha. Air Young takes to the skies with a somersault plancha. I felt like chanting “holy #####” right at this moment in time. Creed calls Brody a pussy. Brody fights back with a back elbow and asks Creed, “Who is the pussy now?” Great stuff. At 5:00, Chase slams Creed down to the mat with a pump handle back suplex for a two count. Creed finally fights back and catches
MATCH F: Brodie Ray Chase & Brandon Phoenix vs. Seth Delay & Patrick Bentley. The heels attack the faces as they enter the ring, but they fight back with a double dropkick and a double clothesline. The heels retreat to ringside where Chase argues with a kid. Delay is sporting a new look. The crowd begins to taunt Chase with a “pompous pussy” chant. Great. The heels work over Delay.
COMMENTS: None of the matches were poor, but this segment was long and drawn out. Nobody cared about the outcome nor did the match establish any sense of ranking within the tag team division. There was little psychology here and don’t understand why each tag team’s entrance music was played before each match. This could have easily been held at any television taping. Also, will anybody care about Delay turning on Bentley? Maybe the turn should be saved for the television tapings.
RATING: NA.
3. Urban Assault Squad (Nemesis & Shadow Jackson) defeats Justice Served (Mikki Free & Jason Justice) by DQ to retain the NWA Anarchy Tag Team Titles.
REFEREE: Jerry Palmer.
THE MATCH: Justice Served received a huge pop heading out to the ring. A four way ensues as the match begins. The action quickly spreads to the floor. Nemesis nearly commits suicide by hitting on his head on the concrete floor by diving on Shadow and Free. Justice had even bigger ideas and wipes all three wrestlers with a huge somersault plancha. The fans show their appreciation with a “holy #####” chant. UAS works over Free. Nemesis stiffs Free with some thunderous chops. Roderick Strong would have been proud. UAS continues to stiff the living ##### out of Free. Justice Served gains the advantage when Free uses a jawbreaker. Justice tags and squishes Shadow’s head. Nemesis wants to make the save, but the referee won’t let him. Justice further pisses off Nemesis by yelling, “We’re testing your G, #####!” Justice destroys Shadow with a slingshot legdrop. Justice kicks Shadow’s head for a field goal. Damn, than hurt. Justice scores another near fall with the Psycho slam. At 10:00, all hell breaks loose. Shadow delivers a neck wrenching back suplex to Justice. Free makes the save by nailing Shadow with a chain. Free eventually displays their chain and Palmer immediately disqualifies them. Justice Served dipped to avoid getting their asses handed to them by UAS.
COMMENTS: This is just a situation where the fans love both tag teams. Justice Served will have to commit an extremely heinous act before the majority of fans begin to boo them. To be honest, both teams had a tough job to garner crowd interest after the long and laborious tag team turmoil match. Overall, this was a good and stiff match.
RATING: **½
It’s time for intermission. The crowd is so huge that the concession stand was running out of sodas.
4. AJ Styles pinned Jeremy Vain.
THE MATCH: Vain is certainly enjoying a major league singles push in Anarchy because he is now receiving the opportunity of a lifetime. The crowd chanted “AJ” and “welcome back” for their local hero. You would be surprised how over the Phenomenal One is, especially with the younger crowd. Vain tricks Styles when he fakes a tie up. They tie up again with Vain winning the exchange. Vain thinks AJ is an inferior and slaps the taste out of his mouth. Styles takes personal exception and slaps the taste out of Vain’s mouth. Vain throws a hissy when the crowd chants “TNA.” Vain spits in Styles’s face and takes the low road. Styles gives chase and beats Vain at his own game with a picturesque dropkick. No, make that a devastating dropkick. Styles tosses Vain into the front row. Styles decides its time to go flying and almost leaps into the sixth row with a flying forearm. Styles guardrail smashes Vain. Styles continues his assault by tossing Vain into the guardrail. Vain lands upside down on the last one. Styles tosses Vain back in the ring for a near fall. Styles lands a forearm that sends spit flying out of Vain’s mouth. Styles uses a backbreaker for a two count. Styles slams and knees Vain. At 5:00, Styles turnbuckle smashes and slaps a resthold on Vain. Styles releases before slamming Vain. Styles turnbuckle whips Vain, but finds himself flying to the apron when he comes charging in. Vain shoves the referee into the ropes and Styles goes a tumbling down. Damn, AJ is a great bumper. Not sure, just ask Rhino. Back to the match, Vain looks like he is attempting a suplex, but turns into a facebuster on the ring apron. Vain makes the cover, but Styles kicks out at two. The crowd rallies behind AJ when Vain slaps on the obligatory chinlock. Styles escapes, but finds himself on the wrong end of an abdominal stretch. Vain adds extra torture by punching the ribs. Styles musters enough strength to escape with a hiptoss and lands a clothesline. Styles appears to me making a comeback, but Vain pulls a trick right out of Eddie Gilbert’s playbook with a Hot Shot for a near fall. As he mugs Styles, Vain tells Styles, “You are nothing.” At 10:00, Vain slaps on another chinlock. Styles escapes, but not before trading some stiff punches with Vain. They struggle trying to deliver vertical suplexes. Styles wins that battle with his patented suplex/neckbreaker combination for a near fall. Styles connects with an inverted powerbomb for another near fall. Styles calls for the match to end with the Clash, but Vain desperately backdrops his way out. Vain nearly pulls out the upset victory with a beautiful Gori Driver. Vain makes the cover, but Styles kicks out at 2½. This sequence is straight out of TPI. The crowd rallies behind Styles as he lands a superkick for a great near fall. Vain punches back and sits Styles on the top rope. Vain comes a charging in, but Styles makes him eat an elbow. Styles connects with a moonsault into a legsweep for a near fall. Damn, this is great. Styles shoves the referee aside, but runs right into a low blow. Vain tries to finish off Styles with the VKO, but he blocks it and finishes off Vain with the Styles Clash.
COMMENTS: AJ is a spot monkey? Styles performed more legitimate wrestling moves in this match than Batista can perform in an entire lifetime. He carried Vain to the match of his life. However, Vain kept up his end of the bargain and in the process gained some valuable experience by wrestling a big name. Vain appears to be over as a heel and thus is deserving of a major push. If only more bookers would allow their workers to settle differences in the ring instead of trying to use convoluted booking to advance an insulting storyline, pro wrestling would be much better of.
RATING: ***½
5. Slim J pinned Sal Rinauro to retain the NWA Anarchy Heavyweight Title.
THE MATCH: Slim runs out from the locker room and viciously attacks Rinauro. Slim goes for a powerbomb, but Rinauro slips out and retreats to the floor. The crowd chants Slim’s name. Rinauro catches Slim with an armdrag and cinches in an armbar. Slim slaps on a headlock, but Rinauro escapes by biting Slim’s fingers. Talk about counter wrestling. Rinauro focuses his attack on Slim’s arm. Slim ends up countering Rinauro with a waistlock. Slim snapmares Rinauro and slaps on a body scissors. Rinauro makes it to the ropes to force the break. Rinauro turnbuckle whips Slim, but charges into a knee. Rinauro pulls Slim into the corner and unleashes a major league baseball slide. The ringside contingent begin a “Where’s my taco” chant until somebody points out that he is Italian. You know, people can be so #####ing ignorant sometimes. Please point out what part of Sal Rinauro is Mexican, despite using two Italian names. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard since a fan calling Claudio the worst Italian he’s even scene at the August ROH show in Edison, NJ. I apologize for going on a tangent, but I just had to point that out. OK, so I’m also joking there. Rinauro lands some nasty knees to the head and slaps on a chinlock with a bridge. The crowd rallies with a “Let’s go Slim” chant. Slim refuses to tap and makes it to the ropes. Rinauro lands an enziguri and pounds on Slim. He turns his attention to argue with the crowd before reapplies the chinlock with a bridge. A kid calls Rinauro a sissy #####. This is great stuff. Slim finally escapes. He lands a double stomp and splashes Rinauro for a two count. Slim continues to mount a comeback, but Rinauro stops him in his tracks with a Mo Howard eyelock. Rinauro lands some brutal knees for a two count. Slim fights back with a rana, a clothesline, an elbow and a kick. At 10:00, Slim heads to the rope and lands a flying elbow for a near fall. Rinauro turnbuckle whips Slim, but Slim rolls him up for a near fall. Rinauro kicks Slim and suplexes him back in with a suplex for a two count. Rinauro chokes Slim. As Rinauro heads to the top rope, the crowd begins to chant “Slim J.” Slim cuts off Rinauro with some elbows and launches a superplex. Slim makes the cover, but Rinauro kicks out at 2½. Rinauro lands a Pele kick for a two count. Rinauro turns his attention to the fans and Slim takes advantage of the distraction with a ground and pound. Slim immediately slaps on a Fujiwara armbar for the submission victory.
COMMENTS: This was an intense match that told a great story. This match was just another example of letting wrestlers do their thing without having to worry about any goofy endings. There were a few sloppy spots, but it didn’t take away from the match in the least. The early chain wrestling was top notch. Slim J proved that he can hang with the heavyweights and Rinauro is just more than a comedy midcard heel. Slim has shown little problem by transitioning from a high flyer to a ground based attack.
RATING: ***¾
6. The NWA Elite (Jeff Lewis & Onyx & Mikael Judas & Kory Chavis) w/Jeff G Bailey defeated the Devil’s Rejects (Iceberg & Tank & Azreal & Shaun Tempers) w/Dan Wilson & the Staff of Righteousness
PREMATCH: Dan Wilson and his Rejects head out from the locker room and calls the NWA Elite “#####ing posers.” Bailey grabbed the mike and worked his magic. After the NWA Elite was introduced, the uber improved Mikael Judas made his presence felt. Right now it was 4 on 3 in favor of the piss puddles, but Bailey introduced the man that everyone is familiar with… “the Soul Assassin” “Rainman” Kory Chavis. The crowd erupted like Vesuvius when Chavis made his entrance. Bailey reminds
THE MATCH: Onyx and Tank go for an old fashioned showdown. Onyx wins the standoff with an armdrag. Tank heads over to hug his partner Iceberg like the big fat ##### that he is. What’s wrong? Did Onyx hurt your feelings? Aw, poor baby! Iceberg slams Onyx. Onyx no sells and powerslams Iceberg. The Rejects can’t believe it. Azreal and Tempers head in to make the save, but they are greeted with a double clothesline. The Rejects momentarily retreat. Iceberg ducks, but Onyx and Lewis greets him with a DDT. Iceberg gets up and assaults Lewis with a clothesline.
POSTMATCH: THE REJECTS HOISTS JUDAS IN THE AIR AND TANK MOTHER #####ING DOUBLE STOMPS HIM FROM THE MIDDLE ROPE! A small portion celebrated by chanting “Devil’s Rejects.” The NWA Elite take their frustrations out on the poor referee. Onyx and Lewis grab a trainee and beat him until he soiled himself. Onyx gave him a backbreaker to the crowd’s delight. Judas made his way back to the locker room under his own power and signaled to the crowd that it was over for the Rejects.
COMMENTS: They told the awesome story of two heel factions playing the human game of chess. They pulled out a lot of stops for this match to entertain the fans. There was much brutality to be had and the postmatch beatdown was even better. The showdown between Dominous and Judas had the crowd on the edge of their seats. If WWE ever needed a successor to the Undertaker, Judas is the man. For me, I had a sick and demented time cheering for Bailey. This is one of those dream feuds that could easily make big money if it is continued to be properly booked. This is the first regular eight man tag I have given four stars to because featured everything needed to reach that level.
RATING: ****
7. Todd Sexton pinned Chad Parham.
THE MATCH: Several fans are already heading for the exits. The rudo contingent chant “
POSTMATCH: Some fans were still cheering for Parham. The locker room empties and all the faces head out to celebrate. Parham backs up into Palmer and exits through the crowd.
COMMENTS: This was just an average match and a poorly executed main event. They failed to maintain the fan’s interest and didn’t play to the crowd to get them into the match. They should have a reason to care about this match. These two are ring veterans and have no excuse for not capitalizing on a hot crowd. Due to the length of the show, some fans headed for the exits. Overall, this match should have been wrestled a different style.
RATING: **
OVERALL: NWA Anarchy proved tonight that they are the premiere NWA affiliate and one of the top indy promotions in the country. The production values were top notch. The show featured four stellar matches, which three could have been wrestled on any ROH show. This was so great on so many levels, but it had faults also. The pacing was thrown off by a 45 minute meaningless tag match and a vanilla main event. The show lasted way too long, especially with an 8:00 PM starting time. Also, there were a few vocal fans that were located a little bit too close to the main camera. Most of the booking was well planned and executed. It’s a shame that Anarchy isn’t on a true national network. It speaks volumes when people drive upwards of 13 hours (7 hours here and 9 hours from another fan I talked to.) I definitely will return in March for the next major show.
DVD Review: Fright Night 2006

NWA Anarchy
Fright Night ‘06
November 4, 2006
- Welcome to the beautiful Remember When Theater located in
- The show opens with a Devil’s Rejects vs. Team Anarchy recap video.
- NWA Anarchy owner Jerry Palmer heads out to greet the fans. Palmer says “thank you” is a pitiful word, but thanks the fans anyway. Some people said that the Remember When Theater is too big and can’t draw, but somehow it is filled to capacity. He thanks the owners of the building for holding tonight’s big show. Palmer announces Season’s Beatings will be held on December 30 at the same location. He recalls AJ Styles’s career in NWA Anarchy and announces his return will be December 30.
1. Austin Creed & Hayden Young defeat Jeremy V & Jason Blackman by pinfall.
THE MATCH: The faces begin the match my sending the heels to a retreat. Creed dives onto V & Blackman, but they catch him. Young has other ideas and wipes them out with a botched shooting star press. Damn, Young nearly committed suicide there and found a way to adjust himself in midair. Good move. Back in the ring, Young sets up for the Flying Squirrel frogsplash, but V sticks his knees up to block the move. The crowd trade dualing chants for Blackman and Young. The rudos dominate Young using double team and cheating tactics. Blackman slaps on a surfboard. The crowd rallies behind Hayden, but Blackman releases. Blackman ties Young to the Tree of Woe. V whips Blackman into Young and V follows up with a dropkick. Nice teamwork. Blackman whips Young into the ropes and they clothesline each other. Creed receives the hot tag and cleans house. Creed lands a pair of rolling clotheslines. They land 10 Shots to the Dome in opposite corners. Blackman tosses Creed to the floor and saves Young. V & Blackman connect on the Dirt Nap, but Creed makes the save. Creed sends a charging Blackman over the rope to the floor. Creed lands a flurry of punches and Young finishes off V with the frogsplash.
COMMENTS: This was a decent by the numbers tag match to open up Fright Night 2006. It started the show on a high note, but they didn’t raise the bar so that this would be the best match of the night. It was just good enough to get the fans warmed up for action. Creed & Young needed and got a clean win over an established tag team. At the beginning of the match, it looked like Young may have slipped on condensation when he attempted the shooting star press to the floor. He made a great recovery in midair. Creed is flashy and needs to eliminate wasted motion in his offense. Some fans have a hard time buying parts of his offense. He definitely has the physique, look, and charisma to make it. V’s dropkick with Young tied to the Tree of Woe was nice.
RATING: *¾
- Johnson criticizes the town for not having an ATM machine. Hunter notes that they are attending Oktoberfest and Johnson quickly changes the subject to drinking. Johnson’s antics never cease to amaze me.
2. “The Seven Figured Deal” Ace Rockwell pinned Brandon Phoenix w/Brodie Ray Chase to win the NWA TV Title.
THE MATCH: The crowd clearly delivers a clear message to
COMMENTS: These three stole the first half of Fright Night with its great combination of wrestling, chicanery and storytelling.
RATING: ***
3. Seth Delay defeated Patrick Bentley and Adrian Hawkins in a three way dance.
THE MATCH: This match was a result of Onyx’s inability to make the show. Alejandro informed Johnson that Bentley placed a restraining order on Onyx. Hunter suggests that Johnson shouldn’t use cheap labor and hire Alfredo because he produced better results. Hawkins ended up wrestling both opponents. Hawkins keeps Delay at bay while he works over Bentley. Delay uses an over the top rope Sunset flip to score a near fall. Hawkins takes exception and tosses Delay back to the floor. Bentley makes a comeback. They double team Hawkins. Bailey passes the announcer’s table and heads out to the ring. He pulls Bentley’s leg and Delay rolls him up for the victory. Delay acts a little cocky after the match.
COMMENTS: All three wrestlers tried to make this work. I admire them for going out and performing a match on such a grand scale on limited notice. The crowd was dead silent because this involved three faces. The ending helped to continue the NWA Elite vs. Bentley & Delay feud while planting seeds for Delay’s upcoming heel turn.
RATING: *
- Johnson cracks on the locals by saying they can’t even afford leather straps, but yet he is looking into a waterfall to steal money. A kid sitting nearby was cracking up at Johnson’s futile attempts to steal money.
4. Fans country whipping match: Adam Roberts pinned TC Carnage
RULES: Fans may not strap any wrestler until both feet of a competitor touch the floor.
THE MATCH: Alright, ladies and gentlemen, it looks like we have ourselves an old fashioned slobberknocker between two old school brawlers. Carnage hits the ring and Roberts displays amazing lightning speed by retreating to the floor. Roberts realizes that this isn’t such a great idea and heads back in the ring. Roberts attempts to answer an emergency phone call, but the fans respond by whipping him like the proverbial government mule. Hunter admits that Roberts was a tremendous track athlete given his ability to high tail it. Johnson continues to talk about Roberts’s cell phone service. Hunter notes that there is no cell phone reception in the theater. Johnson claims Hunter’s phone is a tin can and Roberts is much richer than he. WOW! At 5:00, Carnage no sells several strap attacks by the fans. Roberts maintains the advantage by using brawling tactics. Roberts charges in and Carnage pulls the top rope down so that he falls to the floor. The fans lash him, but Roberts takes back over with a reverse turnbuckle whip and a backdrop for a two count. Carnage makes a comeback with a springboard clothesline for a two count. Both wrestlers struggle to rise to their feet. The crowd trade dualing chants. Carnage catches Roberts with a fall away slam into a bridge for a near fall. At 10:00, Carnage tosses Roberts to the outside where he retreats back to the wrestler’s entrance. The entire locker room including Jason Blackman chase him back out. Okay, I smell something fishy here. Blackman distracts the referee which allows Roberts to KO Carnage with a pair of brass knuckles. Like I said, I smelt fish. A kid whips Blackman’s chest as hard as he can, but Blackman no sells. Great.
COMMENTS: This match failed to live up to expectations. It was at times sloppy and failed to get across the ongoing storyline. It’s a shame because these two arm much better than they showed in this match. Personally, they both have that old school tough guy look.
RATING: *
- Now, Hunter & Johnson are at Whisper’s Lingerie and the Georgia Wines Inc. Tasting Room. (Insert lingerie jokes about Johnson here). Johnson has something to say, but Hunter cuts him off because they are filming. Hunter informs us about Chad Parham’s intentions to confront Todd Sexton.
- Chad Parham commands Eddie Rich to vacate the premises and Todd Sexton to get his carcass out to the ring. Several fans heckle Sexton, “You suck Todd.” Parham wants to clarify some facts: (1) Chad Parham is the best wrestler in the locker room, (2) Chad Parham is the Greatest heavyweight champion during Sexton’s tenure, and (3) Sexton continues to stick his nose in Parham’s business. “You lost (to Mikael Adryan). You’re no longer a professional wrestler. From this turnbuckle, all around the ring, this is my job.” Ouch, that was low. “You don’t belong here and you never will again. You’re a bad wrestler. You’re a bad manager. You’re bad at everything you do Todd.” Damn, so
- Our tour continues as we meet Ann and a white horse, Molly. Johnson says they look like. They reflect on the upcoming tables match. Molly sniffs Johnson and he decides to exit stage right.
5. The Urban Assault Squad (Nemesis & Shadow Jackson) defeats the Devil’s Rejects (Tank & Shaun Tempers) w/Dominous to win the NWA Anarchy Tag Team Titles.
STIPULATION: Winner is declared by putting their opponents through three tables.
FALL #1: UAS won the tag titles from Alabama Attitude by double hanging on a previous Fright Night. UAS takes the early advantage. Shadow heads out to find plunder underneath the ring. Temper leads the referee in a discussion with the fans. Tank charges at Nemesis in the corner. Nemesis moves and Tank breaks the table. Dominous chokeslams Nemesis and Tank rolls his limp body over to the broken table. The referee turns around and rules the Rejects are up 1 – 0. That was horrible booking. No casual fan buys that in the age of the smart fan. Last time I checked, the referee can’t call what he can’t see.
FALL #2: Shadow works over the Rejects. Nemesis smashes Tank with a piece of broken table. He digs into Tank’s skull with the table. UAS sets up a table in the corner.
FALL #3:
FALLS #4 & #5:
COMMENTS: This was another disappointing match that was too short and featured very little drama, especially when the ending came out of nowhere. The action was good while it lasted though. Nemesis’s double stomped the table instead of Tank, which is a good thing. Even with Tank carrying a lot of bulk, that would be one hellacious double stomp to take.

- The Anarchy Angel Miss Mary hands UAS a bottle of wine for celebration. Wait a minute? It’s not Hennessey? They promise violence in the name of Anarchy. They demand, “Don’t test out G.” Are they sowing seeds for a future feud?
- Up next Dan Wilson reminds everyone that for one year they have dominated and everyone has licked their boots. Damn, that is really a disgusting thought. He #####es about losing the tag team titles and vows revenge. They promise not only to win the tag team titles the next time, “We are going to slap the dentures out your grandmother’s mouth, slit you doggy’s throat and destroy everything you have!” AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH! Dan Wilson is awesome. End Disc 1.
¬- Hunter points out that no Anarchy champion has ever left Fright Night with the title. Johnson counters by #####ing that Helen doesn’t have an ATM machine, he was forced to teetotal and Lewis will remain the champion despite Slim J defeating him at last year’s event for the TV Title.
