This seminar will be continuing education from our last seminar on November 5th. We had a turnout of 45 participants which made the training go a little slow. The actual seminar lasted from 10:15am - 3:30pm due to the large number that showed. We are limiting this seminar to the first 25 that sign up, so get that in ASAP and guarantee your spot. Some of the training will consist of: Crossbody position, attacking the near side, additional attacks to the far side, attacking from the mount, attacking the head with the legs, and attacking from the headlock position.
