I arrived around 9:30am there was already a long line of people standing outside in the cold. I waited for over a hour to get in. This is one of the areas I think a different venue could really help. Finally inside I purchased my general admission ticket. They had signs printed with Sting’s name on it and that he was signing upstairs. I noticed that it was more organized once I got up there. Sting’s line moved faster then the line did outside.

This was the third time I’ve met Sting and first time meeting him with full face paint. I told him what a pleasure it was to meet him like that. We struck up a brief conversation and he told me it was nice to meet me. Sting has always been a class act each time I’ve meet him. Unfortunately I was pressed for time and had to run out.

If you plan on attending this event in the future give yourself plenty of time as parking is impossible to find and the hotel gets packed. Once inside the “main room” brace yourself because it’s elbow to elbow with people. ~ Thanks David
