In what other wrestling companies would consider impossible, National Wrestling Superstars, America's wrestling company says "it just business as usual" as they present two shows this weekend in Central New Jersey to kick off the 2007 wrestling year.
On Friday night, January 19, former WWE star Brutus the Barber Beefcake stuts his stuff to the Manville VFW, 600 Washington Avenue in Manville (minutes from Routes 22, 287) at 7:45pm. But the match wrestling fans are talking about is the first ever "Ladders, Tables and Chairs" match where $1,000.00 will hang in a suitcase above the ring and it's up to the competitors, J-Cup winner Deranged, NWS Junior Heavyweight champion Gavin Quest and former Jersey shore champion Corvis Fear, to retrieve it "by any means necessary".
Then on Saturday, January 20, NWS makes its debut in North Plainfield at the Italian American Social Club's Crystal room, 403 Somerset Street (minutes from Route 22 and 78) at 7:35pm. Brutus Beefcake will be joined by another former WWE alumni, Sal "don't call me Pinky" Sincere plus matches featuring all three NWS singles champions, heavyweight title holder Ali, the Dark Patriot, Junior heavyweight champion Gavin Quest and Jersey Shore champion Nicky Oceans.

World Women's Wrestling returns to live action with its first event of 2007 on Sunday, January 21 at 3 PM at Good Time Emporium, 30 Assembly Square Drive, Somerville, MA.
This event will be topped by a special mixed tag team grudge match, as WWW Champion, Tanya Lee teams with D.C. Dillinger of manager Sean Gorman's Dynasty of Champions to battle former champion, Nikki Roxx and her partner, "Straight Edge" Brian Fury. In a very special challenge match, it will be former champion, "The Portuguese Princess" Ariel taking on the Canadian star, Portia Perez. The bitter feud between Violet Flame and the mysterious Mistress Belmont continues with a "Princess of Darkness Match." The rules of this match are that each participant will be blindfolded and the battle continues until one person is pinned or submits. In addition, it will be a "Battle of the Blondes" as Alicia makes her return to WWW action facing Lexxus. Plus, Jana squares off against Amber and Della Morte collides with Alere Little Feather. A reminder to fans who don't want to miss this Sunday's New England Patriots playoff game: Good Time Emporium is one of New England's largest and best sports bars, with dozens of big screens and great food. Thanks to the fans, the KSWA set attendance records at the Lawrenceville Moose, continued its triumphs at Millvale Days, and blazed new trails in McKees Rocks. That can only mean that the KSWA will work even harder in 2007 to give you the best professional wrestling product in Pittsburgh. We hope you’re a part of it. That being noted, January gets off to a tremendous start with “Revenge” on the 20th. Probably the biggest news going into Revenge is the fact that Biker Al, after a contentious fan vote, has officially been named Commissioner of the KSWA. What he has in store for the KSWA megastars is anyone’s guess. Make sure you’re there to see what, if anything, Biker Al has in store for the locker room. The new KSWA World Heavyweight Champion, La Lucha-who is still feeling the affects that broke vertebrae in his back at the hands of former Champion Shawn Blanchard-is set to make his first title defense. What could be on the mind of Blanchard as well as his “advisor” Frank Durso? The KSWA office has also learned that the Snake Man Devin Michaels will be back in action. His beloved snake Jezebel was absconded by the International Thugs a few months ago and neither the reptile nor the Snake Man has been seen since. Has Jezebel been found unharmed? What diabolical plans could Gentleman Joe Perri have in store for Devin Michaels at Revenge? Or will the Snake Man put the squeeze on the International Thugs? The International Thugs-the Afghani Assault Weapon Ali Kaida, Baracus and Big Mike Malachi-are also scheduled to be on hand, and defend the KSWA World Tag Team Championship. Last month, Mr. 8x10 Michael Cruz perhaps upset KSWA veteran Justin Sane. The always boisterous Captain Controversy Mr. 8x10 also announced that he planned to supplant Trapper Tom’s “Trapper’s Den” interview segment with his own entitled the “8x10 Moment.” Bobby O agreed to a trial run, and Trapper said he was more than happy to share the interviewing duties with another raconteur. Also, stemming from FanFest’s controversial match between Cruz and Sane, both megastars will be bringing a “mystery tag team partner” to their corners in a special grudge match. The last Tri-State Champion, the Latin Assassin, will be back to in-ring action after recovering from serious health issues. The Assassin, direct from the South Side Projects, the Bronx, New York, plans a major beat down on whoever the KSWA puts in the ring against him. In addition, the Lost Boyz-Kris Kash and Shane Starr-will be in attendance, as well as the Blood Beast and Zero. KSWA “Revenge” is scheduled for the Lawrenceville Moose on January 20th, bell time is 7:30 p.m. The Lawrenceville Moose is located at 120 51st St., just off of Butler Sreet in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING EXPERIENCE DEBUTS IN GIRARD, OHIO THIS SUNDAY!
Ladies and Gentlemen, we have finally made it! After months of build up, this Sunday night, we will finally get to see the debut of Championship Wrestling Experience.
Last week we heard an announcement that the new main event was indeed going to be the first one on one match between "Aerial Insanity" Matt Cross and Josh Abercrombie. Both of these men have traveled all over the country during the past five years, and have made their mark on the sport. What a first time match up this is going to be! Only in Championship Wrestling Experience.
Arik Cannon is still one unhappy man. After having to lose his main event slot due to the injury to Eddie Kingston, Cannon has been on a tear. He has been letting everyone know just how he feels about Kingston. The words coward and liar have been most often heard. Management has heard his pleas and have put him with Japanese sensation, Nobutaka Moribe. This will be a hard hitting match between these two, and Cannon is a man right now with something to prove.
