Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter broke this story today:

Jim Ross will be the lead announcer calling the WWE Backlash PPV tonight and is expected to return to his old job as the lead announcer for Raw, replacing Joey Styles.

It is obvious that Joey will be in charge of ECW.  A great move by the WWE.  I for one, couldnt be happier.  JR is back where he belongs.....
