Mark’s athletic career began in weightlifting, as Mark’s breathtaking power led him to set numerous lifting records that still stand and represent the United States in the 1992 & 1996 Olympic Games as a powerlifter. Mark’s freakish strength and hulking size caught the eye of the World Wrestling Federation, who soon signed him to a lucrative long-term contract. Through the years, we saw Mark demonstrate feats of strength, make us laugh, and see in-ring success but it wasn’t until Mark introduced us to the “Hall of Pain” that he truly was catapulted to the next level, capturing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in 2011. Nearly 25 years after his initial entry to WWE, Mark remains a close member of their family, and was enshrined into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018. Mark is always eager to meet & interact with his millions of fans across the world, but still has an intimidating aura that is felt by any who may cross him!
