Member of Gagne family accused of sex with student

MINNEAPOLIS -- A warrant was issued Wednesday for the arrest of the daughter of a former professional wrestler for allegedly having sexual relations with a student at Cretin-Derham Hall last year. 

Gail Elin Gagne, 27, who is the daughter of former professional wrestler Greg Gagne, has been charged with two counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly engaging in "sexual conduct" with a juvenile male who was 16-years-old at the time, according to the criminal complaint. 

The student told police the sexual conduct happened in the summer of 2008 when Gail Gagne was a weight room supervisor for Cretin-Derham Hall. The student was working on a work-study job in the weight room that summer. He also used the weight room because he was a student athlete at the time. 

The student also said that Gail Gagne took him out for meals and gave him rides home from school. He reported that on several occasions Gail Gagne engaged in sexual conduct with him. 

The criminal complaint also states that on one occasion, Gail Gagne and the student had sex at the La Quinta hotel located near the Mall of America in September of 2008.

Gail Gagne worked at Cretin-Derham Hall from 2007- 2008. She is not in custody, and is reportedly working out of state.  

It has been a turbulent time for the Gagne family. Patriarch Vern Gagne is suffering from alzheimers disease, and in January of this year was involved in the death of a nursing home patient. Gail Gagne is Vern Gagne's granddaughter.
