We are honored here at Carolina Championship Wrestling, to announce that David Crockett will appear at the November 19th "Tribute To Starrcade" Event in Spartanburg S.C. at The Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium.David is part of the legendary Crockett family, his father Jim Crockett Sr. founded Jim Crockett Promotions and promoted wrestling in the Mid-Atlantic area for over 50 years. David was a broadcaster on Mid-Atlantic Wrestling, World Wide Wrestling and the nationally broadcast World Championship Wrestling out of Atlanta. His career as a broadcaster and producer on wrestling spanned across four decades.
David will be the guest Ring Announcer for the CCW Heavyweight Title match up between "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes w/ Magnum T.A. taking on original member of The Four Horseman Tully Blanchard w/ J.J. Dillion . Jimmy "The Boogie Woogie Man" Jimmy Valiant will be the guest referee. Also what role will Baby Doll play in this huge match up?
Former NWA Champion Harley Race will present the winner The new CCW Heavyweight Title belt.
