World wrestling entertainment's Vince McMahon will not face charges for an alleged incident at a Boca Raton tanning salon.

The State Attorney's office says there's not enough evidence to charge the 60-year old with battery.

A 22 year old woman at "Tanzabar" accused him of showing her nude photos of himself from his camera phone and trying to kiss her.
