…..

Hey Guys

Our “NEW” YRG Working site is now LIVE ... Want to check it out... Go to
www.YRGworkout.com <http://www.yrgworkout.com/>  ...
This site is still a work in progress but I looks great with some great video to give you an idea what YRG is all about... I want to thank Brian Bentley for creating this entertaining yet informative site ... Also thanks to Rich Schmick for his overall suggestions and to Steve Yu for creating Our Diet section which will become a site all it’s own.

That being said… I just wanted to wish you all a safe and happy holiday and to let you know that I finally finished  GallowWalker

As a matter of fact, I just got home a day or so before you received this email. I’ve got some great new pictures from the movie on the site. Some of them are pretty graphic. Remember this is a western, but it is also a horror movie, as well. The last few weeks were hectic for me since I filming just about every day, playing two different parts. Actually, the part of SkullBucket I shared with an actor name Hennie… Together I think we did some really cool sh*t in the fight scenes…  Hennie and I also worked out when ever possible to keep warm and flexible … I would do his martial arts workout and then we would follow it up with and hour of  my YRG Workout… I loved the Martial Arts Hennie had me doing and it didn’t take me more than 15 minutes for him to realize the YRG was the real deal... I always love taking a real life top athlete through the YRG workout to watch their faces as they start to get it... Those days we did both workout were kickass and I was sweating so much I could eat anything I wanted and did… One of the days I wasn’t drinking enough water and I got heat stroke… Damn that will take the wind out of you… My advice toany of you spending any real time in the desert and doing anything… Drink plenty of water!

The really cool thing about GallowWalker for me was I got to have so many different looks… My first look is as Scorpius who is a confederate General turned raider after he didn’t want to join the Union Army. He is one bad S.O.B. … Like I said, my first look as Scorpius is when I am alive (you’ll know that look because I have the dark hair and beard… oh yeah and I’m in jail)… then, I get to play Scorpius after he dies and his skin starts to decay ... That make up came out great ... After that you get to see Scorpius after he has re-skinned himself with a fresh new look (you’ll have to see the movie to understand what the hell I’m talking about there) … I also get to the two different looks of SkullBucket… you’ll know  SkullBucket when you look at the pictures because he’s wearing armored head gear… You never see my face that is why Hennie and I could share the character ... I think between the two characters I should have some really good footage for my acting reel and, overall, I believe we just might have something special in GallowWalker…

For those of you wondering if Angella got to go to Namibia during the filming of GallowWalker… you’re kidding right? Of course she came out... the only time she could make it was the last week I was there… Which was great for me, but the problem was I was working every day so she got to basically see the movie sets and Swakomund (the beach community I was staying at)…

So, to surprise her after my last day of shooting we took a long ride out of the desert and into the jungle to a magical place called Okonjima… I not bullsh*ting when I say the word "magical"… go to the pictures <javascript:openNewWindow('../slideshow.html','thepics','height=410,width=560,toolbar=no,scrollbars=no')>  to see more … Okonjima is the home of the AfriCat Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of large carnivores, cheetahs and leopards in particular, and the accommodations are off the hook… Wait till you go to the pictures and see the where stayed… it was heaven… Angella called it our Love Shack… Since Ang was such a great sport about my work schedule, I wanted to do something really special for her… So I got her the luxury, the Villa overlooking the mountains and it was worth it...big time… It was really sweet... We had our own personal chef, pool, and animals… well the animals are everywhere... Hell, we're in the F'n jungle, right? The night we got in we had our private dinner cooked by our own chef and watched the sunset as the fire roared in the distance and drank wine like Romans…

We also got to spend some time with one of the owners, Donna Hansen, who is a sweetheart and gave us the history of Okonjima… which was very cool… we also found out that many celebrities have come and stayed in the very crib we were in … Welsey and his family were up the month before and this is also the place that Brad and the Angella stayed, but they were up in the bigger Villa… What a surprise, right? Ok so her names Angelina but you get the picture… When morning came, we were literally woken up by sun as it came over the mountains… Wow… I got some great shots of that... We had breakfast and headed out to see the cats with our own personal tour guide… Our first mission was to go in search of TJ who is basically the King of this jungle… It took us about hour to find TJ, the wild leopard… the only reason we did find him was because our driver Mush had seen him eating a kill the day before… TJ has a GPS type of collar on so the he can be tracked… it was really cool finding that cool leopard out of nowhere… after that we head over to meet the cheetahs… … What a great experience… If you ever want to check out Namibia and stay in one hell of place goto http://www.okonjima.com/. Or contact our pal Donna Hansen email her at [email protected] … by the way Donna was been bitten by the YRG workout bug while we were ther and is going to be getting personally  trained by Angie over the web...

What else? Well, as you I’m  sure you’ve heard, the DDP vs Jay Z lawsuit has escalated… I find it really amusing some of the things I’ve read… Why don’t people understand that you can’t own a trademarked logo of a hand sign…  "Apple computer owns the Apple doesn’t it… hell and the apple been around since Adam and Eve right… or how about Allstate… you’re in the good hands with Allstate… I would love to see someone take that house out of the hands and put a car there and see how fast they got slammed with a ...  NOT... or how about the swoosh with Nike… or remember the WWF... It’s now the WWE... WHY? because some else trademarked it first... you can trademark anything... you just have to get it over first… That being said, I got the Diamond Cutter sign over in front of millions and I can’t wait to go to court and face Jz dead on… The thing I find a little crazy is that over two years ago when I first started to do my research on Jz (and his misappropriation of the Diamond Cutter sign…) I only thought he was some rapper and back then he was pretty much only known in the music circles… Today Jz just may be one of the most powerful individuals on the planet… but then again I’ve always been the underdog and I kinda like it because BIG POWERFUL People always underestimate you… They think they're better than you... I also find it funny that since I first filed the law suit against Jz… to cease and desist using the Diamond Cutter sign… he has taken it to an whole other level putting it on everything… I guess that Diamond Cutter sign is really worth something...

You have to almost wonder if the “word man” (Jz) is not calling me out throwing up the Diamond Cutter sign with his new release CD “Show me What You Got” … well Jz… I can’t wait to get in the court room with you this August to … Show you what I got...

They do say that imitation is the truest form of flattery …

I'd also like to wish you all a happy healthy New Year…
