"Hogan Knows Best" - Premiering October 2006
The Hogans get ready to rumble on VH1 for a third season of "Hogan Knows Best." Hulk might be able to stand the pain when he's in the ring, but there is one pain that even he can't escape -- growing pains! This season, daughter Brooke, 18, is beginning to see her dream of becoming a popstar realized as she heads into the studio to record her first album. Son Nick, 15, straddles the fence between boyhood and manhood, leaving Hulk and his wife Linda to flex their parenting muscles as they get body-slammed by their spirited teenage charges.
"Hogan Knows Best" is produced by Pink Sneakers Productions for VH1. Kimberly Belcher Cowin is executive producer. John Ehrhard is producer. Scott Bennett is director/co-producer. Shelly Tatro and Brad Abramson and Michael Hirschorn are executive producers for VH1. Warren Cohen is supervising producer for VH1.

NWA Pro Wrestling Express returns to action on Sunday April 30th, at the historic Palisades, in downtown McKeesport. Doors open for the event at 4:00 pm, and as always, tickets are only $12 for ringside, $10 general admission, and $6 for kids twelve and under. Adult beverages will be available to PWX wrestling fans over 21 years of age with proper ID.

MENDEZ MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT
This eight man single elimination tournament pits the top competitors in Pittsburgh against each other, to crown the best-of-the-best in Pittsburgh wrestling. The man who raises the Mendez Cup at the end of the night wins not only bragging rights for the entire year, but also a guaranteed NWA-PWX Heavyweight title shot.
Scottie Gash was the big winner last year, as he was able to get past an impressive showing from Adam Cage in the finals, to win the inaugural event. The big win propelled Gash into winning his first NWA-PWX Heavyweight Championship shortly thereafter - cementing his status as one of the finest wrestlers competing in Pittsburgh and the NWA today!
However, wrestling is not what this show is all about. This show is dedicated to the memory of one of the most loyal fans in NWA-PWX history: Ray Mendez. Ray loved wrestling and wrestling loved Ray, and this show is our way of saying "Thank-you and we miss you".

"Aerial Icon" JUSTIN IDOL -versus- "The Spotlight" SCOTTIE GASH
"Aerial Icon" JUSTIN IDOL -versus- "The Spotlight" SCOTTIE GASH
Scottie Gash and Justin Idol used to be best friends, now they are bitter enemies and will face off against each other in the opening round of the tournament. Last year these two met in the semi-finals, and Idol came up with the short end of the stick. Will the same thing occur this year, or will Idol be able to turn the tables? Idol seems to be very disappointed in the choice that Gash made on the 15th to join 987, and is looking to send Gash a message. Will Gash be able to repeat as Mendez Tournament Champion?
"First Klass" BRANDON K -versus- "Mr. 21st Century" CHRIS TAYLOR
Brandon K and Chris Taylor have waged war against each other over the last two years, with some of the most violent matches in the company's history. This opening round match has the potential to be yet another classic in their ongoing feud, as RAGE member K is already looking for a shot at revenge on 987 member Taylor. Taylor has been on top of his game since joining 987, but will he be able to capture a win over the former five time heavyweight champion?
"Sexual Icon" ERIC EXTASY -versus- "Big Stiff" SETH JAMES
Reigning Three Rivers Champion Eric Extasy have been going at it for months with Seth James. After losing a bloody brawl against Extasy, James disappeared from the scene, only to reemerge with a brand new mean streak. Who will walk out the winner this time, and advance into the semi-finals? Will Paul Atlas and Dan Miles be at ringside to help Seth James for another win, or will Extasy continue his winning streak and score another victory over the "Big Stiff"?
SAM "the Hammer" SLEJ -versus- Wild Card Rumble Winner
Sam "Hammer" Slej has been one of the fastest rising stars in PWX since entering into singles competition. Slej has been able to hold onto the Brass Knuckles title, despite all of the obstacles Scott Venom has recently been putting in front of him. Slej would love nothing more than to solidify his status as one of the top competitors in PWX with a strong showing in the Mendez Tournament, and telling PWX's reigning "Emperor" Venom to "Go F*** Himself". The Tri Chi Fraternity member will be at a disadvantage in the first round however, as he will not know who his opponent is until Sunday April 30th, as he will be taking on the winner of the "Wild Card Rumble" in the first round of the Mendez Tournament.
SIX MAN TAG TEAM WAR!!!

RAGE -versus- 987
Nobody saw it coming. NWA-PWX Heavyweight Champion Daron Smythe joined forces with 987, and left RAGE laying in the middle of the ring on April 15th. As the revised version of 987 beat down Quinn Magnum, Mad Mike and Brandon K, 987's brain trust of Scott Venom and Crusher Hansen handed Smythe a 987 t-shirt, which the champion proudly put on. 987 added firepower, shortly after being duped into facing RAGE in a six-man tag team match. Pittsburgh wrestling fans, this is the match you have been waiting for, as the two most infamous factions in Pittsburgh wrestling history will lock horns on April 30th. Can this version of 987 be stropped, by anyone? Will anyone from 987 want to get in the way of RAGE, when they are out for blood? This is the match that Pittsburgh wrestling fans have been begging to see since the return of 987 and Rage at the PWX 11th Anniversary Show last September - and the match finally goes down on April 30th!!!

the DEVIL's ADVOCATES: Devil Bhudakahn & Jake Garrett
No strangers to tag team gold in the Pittsburgh wrestling scene, the Devil's Advocates are on the prowl in Pro Wrestling Express, as Apocalypse's Devil Bhudakahn and Jake Garrett are out to capture tag team gold from champions Nikita Allanov & Bigg. These two have never held the only tag team championship in the area that matters: the NWA-PWX Tag Team Championship. But, adding to their list of accomplishments will not be easy, as the champions are two of the toughest competitors in the NWA today, and will not go down without a fight. After convincingly leaving the champs laying on April 15th, will the Advocates be able to do it again on April 30th, to capture tag team gold, or will the reunion be ended with a bitter defeat?
"WILD CARD" BATTLE ROYAL
The eighth participant in the Mendez Tournament will be determined by a battle royal featuring PWX's brightest young stars. More competitors have signed their name to compete, including Apocalypse's Mantis666, Eisen Drache, Rapture and Revelation, QB Blitzz, Cupid, Blue Dragon, "Platinum Status" Dan Miles, and NWA-Upstate's Nick Paradise. All of these competitors are trying to establish a name for themselves in PWX, and they know by winning the Wild Card, they have a huge opportunity to do just that. The winner will go on to face Sam "Hammer" Slej in the opening round of the Mendez Memorial Tournament.
