WWE's WrestleMania Fan Axxess Kicks Off National Tour
January 4, 2007

STAMFORD, Conn., Jan. 4, 2007 –The WrestleMania Fan Axxess Tour, WWE’s largest annual interactive mobile marketing initiative will travel through 14 cities, making multiple stops at shopping malls, festivals and WWE events in the U.S. and Canada.  The tour kicks off on Saturday, Jan. 13, in Miami, Fla. and ends in Detroit at WrestleMania 23 on Sunday, April 1, at Ford Field in Detroit, Mich.

In addition to Miami and Detroit, other cities to be visited are: Dallas, Tex.; San Antonio, Tex.; Phoenix, Ariz.; the San Francisco Bay area; Los Angeles, Calif.; St. Louis, Mo.; South Padre Island, Fla.; Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia, Pa.; New York, N.Y.; Chicago, Ill.; and Windsor, Ontario.

The tour features 4,000 square feet of interactive exhibits, providing fans the chance to call a historic WWE match, download exclusive WWE ringtones, view one of a kind memorabilia, and watch rare video clips. Fans can also compete in daily tournaments of WWE’s SmackDown® vs. RAW® 2007 video game to win exclusive merchandise and prizes.

At several tour stops, SCI FI Channel will be conducting auditions for the second season of the hit television reality series, “Who Wants To Be A Superhero?”

The tour is sponsored by The CW, USA Network, SCI FI Channel, THQ, GameStop and EB Games. WWE Legend Hillbilly Jim™ returns as official host for the tour, and WWE Superstars and Legends will make guest appearances during the tour to interact with fans. The agency of record is LeadDog Marketing.
