Good Evening, I attended the Big Event in Queens NY today I wanted to pass along a few words and some photos. Thanks David

I purchased general admission and Bill Goldberg meet and greet tickets ahead of time so I could avoid any headaches today. I've mentioned this before if your ever thinking about attending this event, purchase your tickets online and make sure you arrive early! This area in Queens is residential, which makes it even harder to find parking with all the driveways and fire hydrants. I gave myself enough time this morning and found parking within five minutes.

Once inside I waited for about forty five minutes until they opened the doors to the event, as soon as I picked up my tickets to get into the show I went straight to where Bill Goldberg was signing. I would say there was about twenty people ahead of me which wasn't that bad. Goldberg arrived shortly after that and greeted the fans while we waited in the hallway. Once they opened the doors to where Goldberg was signing he welcomed everyone for coming and asked if anyone had any questions to ask him, he took about ten minutes answering questions and telling stories before he even started signing, he was extremely humble and thankfully for all the fans who came out and showed their support. When I finally got up to him, I told him it was a pleasure to meet him again, I struck up a conversation with him about the night he beat Hulk Hogan for the championship in Atlanta. I also mentioned that it would be great to see him get into the hall of fame one day. In all this was my second time meeting Bill Goldberg both times he was great with all the fans including myself, he took the time before today's signing and started to interact with the fans and make everyone feel welcomed.

After I meet Goldberg it was onto the main room which is always unorganized and packed. I wanted to meet Jim Ross and Jerry The King Lawler, I noticed that Northeast Wrestling was the promotion that was sponsoring the meet and greet, I've dealt with them before and my good friend Michael runs the promotion. They always run a organized event. I meet both JR and King fairly quick and told them what a pleasure it was to finally meet them.

After that I went out into the hallway looking to meet Mr. Wonderful Paul Orndoff,  I finally found him in the mess of everyone standing around, he was very nice and thanked me for coming out. Finally I made my way outside to the lobby where The Iron Sheik was signing, he had a decent size line, when I finally meet him he seemed very quiet, he shook my hand and said Thank You.

Personally Bill Goldberg was the highlight of the day. He took his time with everyone who attended the event. He's a very down to earth guy. If anyone's looking to attend the next "Big Event" purchase all your tickets online and make sure you give yourself enough time to find parking.

Thanks David
