I want to thank Wrestlingfigs.com for the tickets for Northeast Wrestling's "Wrestlefest XIV" in Poughkeepsie, NY Saturday night. It was my first trip up to the Mid-Hudson Civic Center and it really was a treat to set foot in the building that held such history as was explained to us by Dick Kroll later that night at the show.Our first stop was at Collector's Realm for the Jerry "The King" Lawler and Tommy Dreamer autograph signing. Both men were really super about taking time to interact with the fans and it was fun meeting them. (Jerry let me wear his crown! See attached photos!)
We got to the Civic Center an hour early to get a good place in line. It was neat talking to some of the other fans as we waited. Once inside the line moved well and all the stars were friendly.
After I got my autographs and photos we got some food then found our seats and waited for the show to start. I never thought everyone would get their autographs but they managed and only were a half hour late!
Northeast Wrestling offers super entertainment and some awesome matches. I really "marked out" for this! Thanks again!
